Legacism
Introduction: Legacism derives its name from the root word legacy, with the name of the religion actually taking its name from the divinely inspired religious book called: "Holy Legacy, " so therefore, Legacism is the doctrine and religious set of beliefs, and philosophy, as laid out in that initial first holy book; and as practiced by Legacites, worldwide. Legacism was brought about as a religion, by its founder, Marcel Robert Duvoix, whom later would adopt and take on official royal titles of king and monarch. Legacism, according to its own scriptures, was founded on the simple premise, that its founder simply presented to the Gods in prayer, what he wanted to become in life, and upon asking these things from the Gods, he was surprised to learn that they took him at his word!, and granted him all his requests. [Approaching Legacitic Scriptures]
Legacitic scriptures are in many ways, humans connecting with others in a universal way, and because of this person to person interconnectedness, Legacism helps many followers to genuinely reconnect with their spirituality and the Gods, and to feel comfortable with being themselves, flaws and all. Those coming into Legacism, need not worry about impressing upon anyone, their worth or character, because they come as they are to Legacism. This is seen throughout Legacism, as a come as you are approach, with the sovereignty of the personal individual taken into account. Legacism has an approach of engaging and interacting with the Gods in mystic ways, and for the Legacite to be active participants in their communities and the broader world.
[A Mystical Path] Legacism is both a personal mystical religious path that one follows, as it is also a structured hierarchical religion. While many elements of Legacism is mystical or has elements of divine mystery coursing throughout, it's also one that is easily understood with keen study and determination. There is not so much a concept of an afterlife and it's causes and effects etc, although assuredly an afterlife itself is also discussed through incarnation and reincarnation etc. These elements of the afterlife, when discussed, are strong and reoccurring themes throughout Legacism. [Reading Legacitic Scriptures] There are no requirements for reading Legacitic scriptures. It's not imperative upon the reader, to even be in the right frame of mind, because of the divinity of the scriptures themselves, the message will reveal themselves for the intended individual it was meant for; so Legacism espouses a "Come As You Are, " approach to following the mystical path; as well as reading its holy scriptures. [Understanding Legacitic Scriptures]The words of any divinely inspired Legacitical scriptures, will speak to, or in other words, work for the reader in unexpected ways. This is because one of themes in Legacism, is to truly come in the condition that one already is, into Legacism itself, and to be at peace with oneself, and accept yourself as you already are, as the concepts of sin and redemption is viewed entirely different in Legacism.
Generally speaking in real life, one may in fact need to be in the right frame of mind, before pursuing certain aspects of life, because it may be absolutely necessary. However, this is not the case with the religion of Legacism, as the work of the divine is meant to work, irregardless of one's thought processes or however one may feel about Legacism itself. Legacism will still unveil itself to those that seeks to know its truth, and the Gods will still show themselves to the reader, through whatever frame of mind they are already in.
[Legacism's Emergence] Legacism is somewhat unique in how it came about, in that it was not presented from the Gods to its founder Marcel, with any particular divine conditions or prerequisites such as a covenant or a set of blessings or curses if its people did not follow the will of the Gods, but simply that an ordinary man, being the founder Marcel Duvoix, asked of the Gods, and was gifted many blessings unconditionally, and without the Gods asking from him or his adherents; anything in return. So already one clearly sees, that the concept of unconditional giving, without expecting anything in return, is a founding belief strongly demonstrated from the very beginning; in Legacism. [Legacism, In Relation To Other Beliefs] Like its founder whom makes no claims to belonging to any particular established royal houses, nor being particularly associated with any other known religion, Legacism likewise makes no effort to link itself to any religious community nor long established religious traditions or beliefs. Legacism instead showcases itself within its own terms, and within its own religious context, as a newly founded; pagan mystical religion. Legacism, like the new country called: Kingdom of Marceligue, being also founded by Marcel Duvoix, that begun to take shape approximately around the same time in early 2006 A.D., and by year's end in the same year, both the new country of Marceligue and the newly established religion of Legacism was founded and firmly established by the summer of 2009 A.D., when Legacism's first published religious book of "Holy Legacy, " was officially released. In the latter half of 2010, Legacism and its ecclesiastical authority, issued a user disclaimer, general terms of use and privacy policies, and even more expanded policies themselves, that went more into detail about the global church's protected rights and copyrights; and its sovereignty as it relates to the Kingdom of Marceligue. [Legacism's Inter-religious & Diplomatic Activities] With the arrival of 2010 being a particularly busy year for the church (at least behind the scenes), and from that point onward, His Holiness the Grand Patriarch saw a need to reach out to other faiths and belief systems, that shared similar doctrines, or at least were likely to be friendly and welcoming to Legacism. He also begun to reach out to individuals and organizations, to not only share his faith with others, but to also seek inter-religious dialogues and collaborations, as a way to better his understanding and knowledge of his ecclesiastical office. Naturally, those other religions that are most closer in doctrine and belief to Legacism, are top priority for the Grand patriarch at the moment. However, he has also made a committment to reach out to even those that may not even agree with him, or may even be very different from Legacism; and the Legacitic Orthodox Church. In a surprising ecclesiastical move in the early part of 2010, the Grand Patriarch unilaterally and diplomatically, recognized the personage of the late King Emmanuel Charles Edwards, whom was the leader of the Bobo Shanti order of Rastafarians. Legacism's doctrine may be seen as being largely foreign, especially when it comes to doctrinal agreement with Rastafarianism in general. So then, this move by Legacism's leader, was seen as being daring, as well as bold, considering that such issues as homosexuality and gender roles, are at odds, when it comes to Rastafari agreement with Legacism. However, nothing about the Grand Patriarch's rulership has been without its controversy, or without innovative and bold moves!, so this is totally within his character; to make such a unilateral gesture of inter-religious and diplomatic initiative. This tremendously significant move, also essentially served the purpose of politically recognizing the Bobo Shanti themselves, as actual members of royalty, and as a sovereign independent peoples, with their own king and Royal House. His Holiness Grand Patriarch Marcel Duvoix, has also unilaterally recognized other sovereign peoples, including of course Rastafarians in general, and the Rastafarians whom have already settled in Shashemene; Ethiopia. Whether or not any of the orders of Rastafarians actually reach out to Legacism and mutually grant recognition or collaborate and co-operate inter-religiously or diplomatically, may have to be seen in the future. His Holiness the Grand Patriarch, also has begun to expand his inter-religious moves, to include reaching out to a wider spectrum of groups, in order to: forge solid friendships, build bridges of understanding and greater knowledge, and to open up the faith; to all parts of the world. On Thursday November 11 2010, Legacism and its Legacitic Orthodox Church, witnessed the passing of a significantly powerful Royal Decree, that effectively submits all Traditional Authorities within His Royal Majesty's King Marcel's realm of: Karas and Hardap, to be subjected under his royal rule, or otherwise, be either banished or deposed for high treason against the king. All Traditional Autrhorities within the borders of King's Marcel's realm, are immediately affected; as of that date. Those that submit under his rule, will have their case to be further determined, on a case by case basis; and to be dependent on their level of cooperation with the Royal House of Marceligue. [Legacism, In Relation to the Kingdom of Marceligue] The religious faith of Legacism, within the Kingdom of Marceligue, is fully protected by constitutional law, as being not only the state religion, but also protected into perpetuity, with full rights and privileges; and official patronage from the state. The Kingdom of Marceligue, is also a Legacitic religious state, by constitutional law. Further details on this, can be found in the Marceliguenne constitution. Legacism plays an instrumental and vital part of everyday Marceliguenne civil society, as the laws of the land, including its constitution, are written into the religion itself, and therefore the laws and customs, Marceliguenne philosophy and way of life; are directly taken from Holy Legacy; and other Legacitic religious canon. [An Ecclesiorexy: Explained] Although the Kingdom of Marceligue is not a theocracy, but in fact a constitutional monarchy by law, the Legacitic kingdom effectively operates as a constitutional *ecclesiorexy in practice. Although this fact is not mentioned explicitly, it is legally how the Marceliguenne State operates under its own uniquely balanced legal system, its constitution, its own unique civilization; and its own unique customs. *{An ecclesiorexy, is a word brought into existence by Marcel Duvoix, that means: "a system of government, that's governed by a dual combination of doctrinal philosophy, though not necessarily that of a church or religion specifically, and the rulership of a sovereign monarch. A constitutional ecclesiorexy, would then be therefore, said system of government, safeguarded within the legal confines of a constitution; to ensure civil representation and certain basic and privileged rights. Another, perhaps simplier way to define ecclesiorexy, is this way - "the philosophical rulership of a monarch, within the mandated confines of a constitution."}* Note that, when the word philosophy and philososphical is applied specifically in the case of an ecclesiorexic form of government, that the words philosophy and philosophical, is meant to be an all encompassing term, and to be inclusive of the concepts of religion and church. Moreover, philosophical {etc;}, in this case, describes this form of government, as being distinctive and different from that of a theocracy; which is to properly define it. Not all ecclesiorexic forms of governments, are automatically going to be religious or church derived types of governments. For example, some ecclesiorexic forms of governments may in fact be based upon philosophical ideas unique to a certain culture or peoples; or simply based upon certain dogma or set of beliefs, without necessarily being religious, but may simply be spiritual. Some ecclesiorexies, may not even be spiritual at all in their approach to this form of government, and may not even attach a docrinal set of beliefs to their own governments, but may simply practice some form of a philosophical basis, upon which the monarch rules; within the confines of a constituion; hence a constituional ecclesiorexy. Of course, not all ecclesiorexies, in practice, are going to be constitutional ones by choice, but the ones that choose to be under the mandate of a legal constitution, are the ones that has built in safeguards for civil rights and privileges; for its citizens and general populace. So what's the major difference between a theocracy and an ecclesiorexy, since they seem to be so closely related? Well, the obvious answer is, that in a theocracy, the church rules, and within an outright ecclesiorexy, the monarch rules with elements of doctrine (philosophy, religious, or otherwise etc;), within his or her rule. Specifically within a constitutional ecclesiorexy itself, the monarch rules, with elements of doctrine (philosophy, religious, or otherwise etc;), but this time, that rule is simply tempered by the safeguards of a constitution; hence a constitutional ecclesiorexy. Another form of government, that's similar to an ecclesiorexy, is an ecclesiocracy. An ecclesiocracy, {also a word brought into existence by Marcel Duvoix}, is a form of government, that's a dual combination of church and people rule. A constitutional ecclesiocracy, would on the other hand, be said system of government, operating under the mandate of a constituion, to afford certain basic civil rights and privileges for the people. [Legacism, As a Part of a New Risen Civilization] The mystic religious faith of Legacism, along with its Kingdom of Marceligue, has from their very beginnings, spoken of themselves as being new risen civilizations, upon the global stage. The faith also speaks about itself as being a part of a new global movement, of new societies and new civilizations, rising up to take their place, in a new modern earth age, which Legacites speak of as now being in the current fifth earth age. Speaking with certain authority, Legacism also speaks about a new world order, appearing to eclipse all the earth's governments, and even to eclipse and surpass that of Legacism itself; and also to engulf and eclipse the Kingdom of Marceligue. [Legacism, In A New World Order] Legacism speaks of a new world order, as a time being unescapable to both the Kingdom of Marceligue and to Legacites alike, speaking that it will affect all, globally, in some form or the other; being a truly global effect. What is a definite positive for both Legacites and the Kingdom of Marceligue, is that they are seen to survive and even prosper, despite the global new world order's effects, and that they will be among the few independent and sovereign states and peoples; that will be able to exist independently of this global system. Comparatively, within some sects of Christianity, some believe in a global rapture of faithful individuals whom are suddenly and supernaturally transported up into the air to meet their savior, however, Legacism offers no such escape during those particularly strange times, but speaks instead that Legacites will be here in the earth, like everyone else, both to endure and to withstand; and ultimately weather those tough times as hardy peoples. [Legacism's Move, To Claim Its Promise Land]
Legacites claim the two southern lands of Karas and Hardap, as their promise land. These two lands, are inseparable from them and Legacism, and is their eternal inheritance, given to them from Jah God, and as granted to them by their redemptor King Marcel. Legacism describes itself as a pagan mystical religion, as well as a new religion. Interestingly, the term 'new' is well fitting, as Legacism's own ideas of what it means to be a pagan religion, although not entirely new for Legacism itself, what is actually new however, is how Legacism uniquely defines what it means to be a pagan religion for its own self; in these modern times. Legacism also, defines many religious concepts and philosophies, according to its own definitions. Legacism, as an established religion today, is wrapped up in its founder's autobiography, and its founding Royal House of Marceligue. It's difficult to separate the one from the other, as both the royals of Marceligue themselves, and Legacism as a religion, are ingeniously interconnected by its founder, and both have a symbiotic relationship; one toward the other. By the latter half of the year 2010, Legacism as a religion, publicly and formally voiced its full support, for Legacites worldwide, to participate in the taking and occupying of their sovereign national land. The Government of the Kingdom of Marceligue, the Marceliguenne member royals, and the nobility, are all backed by the voice of Legacism within the world today; and by its globally powerful Legacitic Orthodox Church. Religious mission, diplomatic, and joint political agendas, being now in force upon Karas and Hardap, and as fully supported by the church. These strategic measures, officially and effectively launched in 2010 by joint cooperative efforts of the church and Government of Marceligue, is a sovereignty campaign that's set to continue unabated into the future, without any specific time limits; until the Kingdom of Marceligue has taken full and permanent political rulership of its Kingdom. [The Global Promise Land, For All Legacites]
Legacism is also wrapped up in the Marceliguenne people, and their political stand in today's world, especially when it comes to them boldly claiming the 'Promise Land' as gifted to them by the Gods, and as further granted to them by its founder Marcel Duvoix. Moreover, Legacism as a religion, is also in the position of defending its people's sovereign political right to the land itself, and the task of claiming such lands; is a strongly held religious belief. Legacism's firm stand on its own sovereign political lands and country, a homeland for its own people located on the African continent, is made all the more interesting since the lands as given to them by the Gods, specifically the two southern lands of Karas and Hardap, is already occupied!, by the Republic of Namibia. Legacism's Jamaican Connection: Although founded in the United States of America in 2007, Legacism has an indelible link to the Caribbean island nation of Jamaica, and in fact, Jamaica's link to Legacism has been permanently solidified in the constitution of the Kingdom of Marceligue, and within the pagan mystical faith itself. Legacism's Grand Patrariarch, His Holiness Marcel Duvoix, in his ecclesiatical authority, named Jamaica as the Fatherland of all worldwide Marceliguennes!, and links Jamaica as being a part of Legacism's eternal heritage. "So what's the difference between a Fatherland and a Promise Land?" Well, a Fatherland is a land where people claim direct descendent heritage from, including cultural links, and a Promise Land, is a land where people aspire to go to, because of religious or philosophical reasons, and to establish themselves there in that land; as a sovereign people. Legacism's link to Jamaica, is all the more apparent, when one realizes, that the Royal House of Marceligue, the royals whom are mentioned very prominently in Legacism, are from Jamaica, and a great majority of the members of the royal house, still lives there in the island; in obscurity. The founder of Legacism, has direct faimly ties there, and many family members there, whom form a large part of his direct blood relatives and descendants. This fact and link to Jamaica is very important to know, because in Legacism, the bloodline of the royal family and royal house that His Holiness Grand Patriarch Marcel Duvoix is descended from, has now essentially become holy and sanctified by his own eccesiastical authority and power; and by his legal ruling, the bloodline of his direct decendants must be protected. Those that are not directly descended from him, therefore being King Marcel's own son or daughter, but are nevertheless directly related to him by blood, like his brothers and sisters, and cousins etc, willl be also critically important to preserve and protect; as being a direct blood link to Legacism's founder.
Legacism encourages its religious adherents, to claim their sovereign lands using careful political diplomacy and peaceful means first, yet at the same time, gives them all political right to seize their lands militarily, with the help of third party friends and allies. Being that the Kingdom of Marceligue recognizes the United States as a unilateral diplomatic ally and friend, it has appealed to the United States to aid in its emergence on the African continent. Marceligue has also diplomatically appealed to Jamaica, being that all worldwide Marceliguenne citizens, considers Jamaica as the eternal Fatherland. Marceligue and Legacism itself, also encourages Legacites and Marceliguennes, to seek the assistance of the United States and Jamaica, should diplomacy break down, or should the political situation become unreasonably unnegotiable; between itself and the Republic of Namibia. Legacism sees itself, as not only a religion, but as a new society of peoples coming together to form a new civilization, with its own: culture, languages, philosophy, sciences and arts, and bringing all these things together as an import; to the southern Namibian lands. Adherents, or followers of Legacism, are called Legacites. In a series of bold unilateral moves for Legacism and the Legacitic Orthodox Church, and in further linking itself to its Fatherland, the Grand Patriarch His Holiness Marcel Duvoix, announced in the early part of 2010, that the late King Emmanuel Charles Edwards whom died in 1994, and whom was of the Rastafarian Bobo Shanti religious order, was recognized by Legacites and the Legacitic church, as a God. This view, is not incompatible with the Legacitic Orthodox Church's religious belief and Legacism itself, as the late King Emmanuel, whom believed himself to be a God (or God incarnate) in his lifetime, and whom also was highly revered and also believed to be God in flesh by his peoples; is only a reinforcement of what was already a fact strongly held by those of his Bobo Shanti peoples. Though Legacism, and Rastafarianism in general, are religions that are almost worlds apart in terms of doctrinal agreement and philosophical ideology, the Bobo Shanti order of Rastafarianism, also has very little in common with Legacism; yet His Holiness the Grand Patriach of the Legacitic Orthodox Church, felt that what they had in common, was that both religions had a physical God in flesh; that headed and led his peoples. This is apparent in both Legacism, and in the Bobo Shanti Order of Rastafarianism. In another unilateral move, His Holiness Grand Patriarch Marcel Duvoix, recognized the Jamaican poet and social activist Stacey-Ann Chin, as a Religious Iconic Figure of the Legacitic Orthodox Church, and of Legacism. This is not the same thing as being recognized as being a God by the church, as the Grand Patriarch has not recognized the Jamaican Poet as such, but it is however very significant; and is only a mere step away from being actually named a God, by both the church and the faith! The Grand Patriarch has expressed that the church may decide at a later time to actually name the Jamaican poet as a God, if it chooses, but no decisions on this matter, is being made at the moment. The church also reserves the right, to retain the status of those whom it has specifically named as Religious Iconic Figures, as exactly so; without necessarily declaring them as Gods. Legacism's Indian Connection: The church's and the faith's connections with India, was solidified in the early parts of 2010, when His Holiness Grand Patriarch Marcel Duvoix, annouced that His Highness Prince Manvendra Singh Gohil, was recognized by Legacism and the Church, as being Legacism's first ever recognized Religious Iconic Figure! The Grand Patriarch went a step further, by also proclaiming, that upon the prince's death, that Prince Manvendra was to be immediately without delay, be elevated to a God worthy of worship and adoration, just like he himself the Grand Patriarch would be; also upon his death. Naturally, Prince Manvendra upon learning of the Grand Patriarch's proclamation, was most humble in not believing that he was deserving of so high an honor. The Prince today, has done many humanitarian works of great esteem, and Legacism continues to be inspired by his compassionate heart. Legacism furthered its ties within the Indian sub-continent, when it also announced that Laxmi Narayan Tripathi, is also recognized as a Religious Iconic Figure within Legacism, and that also upon her death, that she'll also be elevated to the status of a God; worthy of worship and adoration. Moreover, although not officially announced as being a Religious Iconic Figure within Legacism himself, Firoze Shakir, an Indian poet and photographer amongst other things, has been specifically mentioned by the Grand Patriarch himself, as being a highly respected figure within Legacism. Firoze so far, has remained a great source of inspiration for Legacism, and who's position within Legacism, as being a highly respected figure, is very closely related to being a Religious Iconic Figure; which he may one day be elevated to; by the Grand Patriarch. Legacism's Shadow Connections: By the latter half of the year 2010, a lot was rapidly happening for Legacism in terms of continued developments towards meeting its stated goals and agendas toward political sovereignty and rule of the promise land, but all this was kept tightly in private, and behind the scenes by Legacism's Grand Patriarch His Holiness Marcel Duvoix; due to the sensitive nature of certain key diplomatic maneuvers made on behalf of the Church and State. Moreover, although in theory the religion of Legacism was essentially in obscurity, (at least in terms of it been yet unknown to the average member of the public), it was however already well known to at least one wealthy shadow elite group, whom continues to remain anonymous to this day. By the latter half of 2010 also, at least two global political powers, were cladestinely following the progress of Legacism and its leader. It was also revealed, that competing factions were vying for the attention of His Holiness Grand Patriarch Marcel Duvoix, but that those factions have so far chosen to remain hidden, and have yet to come in contact with His Holiness; due to unresolved contractual obligations that they themselves hold with certain third party allies. His Holiness the Grand Patriarch, have not spoken on whom specifically these shadow connections are, and have kept this information confidential. However, what was also brought to light, was that specific wealthy power factions, were not only shadowing Legacism and its leader, but that they had strong political and diplomatic interests in guarding Legacism's future development on the African continent, to the point that they're prepared to militarily protect him and his Royal House and Family's futures! What remains certain for now though, is that Legacism since its brief founding in only 2007, has already attracted: clandestine factions, hidden international intrigue, spies!, strong supporters and detractors alike; and intense religious and political drama. The future of this young religious faith called Legacism, can only get brighter and stronger, as already in its brief history, it's causing huge global waves; far beyond its local reach. The myticism surrounding the religion also, already runs deep, ever since its founding; and it continues to this very day. Legacism's Courtship, With Celebrities: From the very beginning, Legacism as a religious faith, has courted the company of various high powered celebrities and celebrated global figures, and has actively sought their attention, as a way to positively associate a personal face with the religious faith upon the global stage, and also as a way to bring huge awareness and prestige, to its otherwise obscure status; as an unknown mystic religion. One of the first celebrities that paid any attention at all to the then fledgling King Marcel, before he even took on his official eccelsiastical titles of the Legacitic Orthodox Church, and even also before the church itself was officially founded some eight months later in May 2007!; was His Highness Prince Manvendra Singh Gohil. The Legacitic faith, also sought the coveted attention of Laxmi Narayan Tripathi, a high powered celebrity within her own right. The Grand Patriarch, had struck up an acquaintance on-line with her in 2010, through Facebook; and since that time; has maintained a delicate but cordial friendship. Fast becoming an emergent celebrity within his own right, is also the respected figure of Firoze Shakir, whom Legacism as a religious faith, has sought out his attention. Various other celebrities, and other powerful celebrated global figures, has also been personally sought out by Legacism, but most have either decided to remain silent or anonymous at the moment. The Church is looking forward to the day, when a celebrated figure will fully embrace and adopt Legacism as a convert openly, and will therefore bring: huge awareness, prestige, growth; and prosperity to the church and faith. However, Legacism as a religious faith right now, has thankfully been catching on slowly, within some celebrity circles, and the church sees this as a very positive sign!, that its current status as little more than an obscure religious faith, will be over soon!; and that Legacism will soon emerge as a global religious faith with many followers. Legacism's Royal And Sacred BloodLines: Legacism's member royals and nobility of the Royal House of Marceligue, are from Jamaica. A great majority of them, still live there in the island, while the direct branch of the family where King Marcel is from, has migrated to the United States of America, and now largely resides there in various parts of the country. Some branches of the Jamaican Phillpotts family (the bloodline from which Legacism and the Kingdom of Marceligue is sprung from) has a great majority also in the United Kingdom, mostly in England, and elsewhere. Some other distantly related branches of King Marcel's direct or distantly related relatives, can also be found in South America {that specific South American branch, whom left Jamaica as recently as in the past century to find work on the Panama Canal, is mainly a lost family branch, or at the moment unknown}, and distant relatives living also as far away; as even Australia! Sacred bloodlines and royal bloodlines themselves, linked to a major figure such as King Marcel, is not new in itself. It's however, a central part of today's modern mystical religion of Legacism, that believes that modern day Gods and Goddesses, will!, and have already in fact return into these modern times, to walk the face of the earth; and to even rule kingdoms and empires. King Marcel today, already considered a God in Legacism, does not however technically attain to Godhood status, acording to Legacitic religious doctrine; until after his physical death, when he will officially have attained to becoming a full-fledged God worthy of worship and adoration. No matter the technicality, as some are already recognizing him as a God, even before his death!, and have already hailed his coming into this earth, as being a great wonder; and blessed mystery. Gods and Goddesses In Legacism: The Gods and Goddesses in Legacsim, are: Jah, The Conduit, The Holy Spirit, The Amaga, Hozi, King Marcel* (please see previous paragraph), Prince Manvendra Singh Gohil, Laxmi Narayan Tripathi; and the late King Emmanuel Charles Edwards, of the Bobo Shanti Order of Rastafarians. In Legacism, the God Jah, is to be understood in a new age context, as being the "I AM, " and the source of all, and which Legacites believe to be the literal meaning of the word and name. Therefore, within this context, Legacites believe that Jah, the source of the "I AM, " universal consciouness itself, that he is one and the same with all human beings, and that all peoples, are merely extensions of the universal consciousness called: the God Jah (the "I AM"), that is within everyone and everything. Legacism's mystic understanding of this concept of the "I AM, " can be better understood, with greater study of its religious philosophies. The Conduit, is a unique mystic God within Legacism, as are the Gods Hozi and Amaga. The Holy Spirit as a God in Legacism, has its own unique religious and philosophical meanings within the faith. [The God Jah, In Legacism] Within Legacism, the God Jah, is the supreme of all Gods. He's described more accuratley, as being gender neutral, or in other words, not affected by the constraints of gender, as humans understand them to be. However, for simplicity, he's sometimes referred to as he. Jah is within all and everything, and is the universal force, that calls us to be an "I Am, " as he himself is the source and the beginning of the "I AM." To be a part of the universal force called the "I AM, " is to acknowledge that you yourself, has the possibility of Godhood already within you, and that yourself as an individual, is a sovereign being, capable of attaining to Godhood. Whenever you attain to Godhood, is totally up to Jah, and only you as a sovereign individual knows when this is; whether it be in this lifetime, or the next. Whenever one attains to Godhood within Legacism, one is said to reach enlightenement, to become an enlightened being; and to be awakened. Jah, is the one that facilitates and initiates this process of awakening within an individual, and it has nothing to do with your personal choice. However, once this process of awakening and enlightenment, has been initiated and begun by Jah (spiritually within you), your yourself will know; and acknowledge it. Jah also spiritually extends himself through a process of divine replication, into two other God, The Conduit, and The Holy Spirit. These are one and the same with Jah, and can either be viewed as two separate Gods from Jah himself, or either as Jah manifested as three separate beings. Either view, is equally correct in Legacism. [The Manifestations of Jah, In Legacism] In Legacism, Jah divinely replicates himself into becoming a total of three beings, that is he spiritually clones himself, into being three individuals, or in otherwords, he causes himself to be spiritually manifested into three forms. His original and supreme form, is Jah!, whom himself is the "I AM, " and the source of all and everything. His divine manifestations are: The Conduit, and The Holy Spirit. These two Gods, are in fact, the same Jah himself!, but manifested into being two additional Gods. Therefore, to worship these two Gods as being seprate individual Gods from Jah, is equally correct, as it is, to also recognize them as being one and the same with Jah. They are Jah, and Jah is manifested in them. The same is true, when we as Legacites become awakened and enlightened, that we become Jah, and Jah manifests himself in us. So then, the divine mystic principle of "I AM" replication, is shown as being as a process that is first manifested within the Gods: The Conduit, and The Holy Spirit; and then unto us as human beings. Therefore, that when our own personal process of enlightenment has been awakened within us, that it is already clearly understood spiritually, as a process that flows from Jah, through his divine Replicates (The Conduit and The Holy Spirit), unto us as human beings. [The God Manvendra, In Legacism] Legacism has only been around since 2007, and is still in its formative years of spiritual growth and development. It was a shock to some, when the global head of Legacism, His Holines Grand Patriarch Marcel Duvoix, announced that a human being such as Manvendra Singh Gohil, the now Prince of Rajpipla, and soon to be king one day, was to be proclaimed a God immediately upon his death. Prince Manvendra, is already recognized as a 'Religious Iconic Figure, ' by Legacism and the global Legacitic Orthodox Church, and is only one step away from being officially elevated to the status of a God; immediately upon his death. [Manvendra God, The Process of Godhood: A Brief Look] Legacism calls this process, 'Transcendent Avatar, ' where a person is born human, and upon their death, is ascended into becoming a God; attaining Godhood. In Legacism, Prince Manvendra, Laxmi Narayan Tripathi, and King Marcel, are to be immediately proclaimed and recognized as Gods by the global Legacitic Orthodox Church, thereby fully attaining Godhood. Moreover in Legacism, transcendence is akin to becoming a Transcendent Being, a God, worthy of worship and adoration. An Avatar in traditional belief, is usually descended from the higher planes to the earth, as a deity, and then becomes incarnated or manifests itself within a human being (therefore already a God manifest in human flesh), a Transcendent Avatar in Legacism specifically, is instead a person whom is fully human, and whom upon their death, becomes elevated to the status of Godhood. This is why the process is called 'Transcendent Avatar, ' to be more specific, instead of just saying avatar. Prince Manvendra, already a well respected international celebrity and star, and a Religious Iconic Figure in Legacism, is living his life with dignity and compassion, and helping others all around the world, to live empowered and meaningful lives. Godhood, is only a part of his multi-faceted life, and a part of whom he has become. It's an interesting and deeply humbling concept for him to accept, the thought of Godhood, but it's a concept that His Holiness Grand Patriarch Marcel Duvoix, has assured Prince Manvendra himself; that it's a gift given to him. Today, Prince Manvendra inspires and uplifts many peoples, wherever he goes, and he's involved in various humanitarian and charitable works; as a part of giving of himself to humanity and the world. Legacism's Founder:
His Royal Majesty King Marcel Robert Duvoix, was born Edward Ebenezer Mapletoft Phillpotts Jr; in the Caribbean Island nation of Jamaica, on August 20 1974. In May of 1995, the King had a total and complete name change, where he appeared before a Washtenaw County probate court, in the City of Ann Arbor Michigan, and made the name change. Thereafter, he became Marcel Robert Duvoix by law. It was not until some many years later in 2006, that Marcel Duvoix, then took on his own new found royal titles, and then also ascended to the throne of the Kingdom of Marceligue; which he himself founded in that same year. In July 2009, King Marcel published his first book called: "Holy Legacy, " and has since that time, has been going about his official duties of king and monarch of the Kingdom of Marceligue, as well as being the current Grand Patriarch of the global Legacitic Orthodox Church. In Legacism, King Marcel is considered to be a human Deity and God. Currently, he fulfills the dual role of being a Divine Priest King and God, both for the Legacitic Orthodox Church and the Kingdom of Marceligue. A part of Legacism's mystical pagan belief, is its belief in human Gods and Goddesses, and that for Legacism itself, King Marcel, is a God. In the near future, the king has plans to pass on the mantle of leadership for the global church, so that he can give up the title and office of Grand Patriarch, and focus more on ruling the Kingdom, the Royal House of Marceligue, and its member royals; and members of nobility. Whenever this leadership role is passed on to someone else in the church, the king himself would then cease to be the head of the church anymore. What is certain though, that whomever this church leadership is passed on to, that the king would remain a central part of the church's psyche, and may be looked to, or consulted for his continued role as a founding figure. These days, the king remains steadfast in all his duties and obligations, and continues to tremendously shape and lead both the religion of Legacism and it's Legacitic Orthodox Church, into the future. There are various social media platforms, that King Marcel uses to keep in contact with friends and allies, and some of the main ones are: Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, and Blogspot. Legacism's Humble Beginnings: Legacism was founded in the United States of America, in year 2007, in the State of Michigan, and specifically in the City of Ypsilanti. By the autumn months of 2010, Legacism through its Legacitic Orthodox Church, had official reported figures of only one to three religious adherents, that scarcely followed the religion in practice, and that's with even counting the founder of Legacism himself! Today, the figures are more closely accurate to being only one person, that is; the founder himself. The still relative newness of the faith itself, coupled with its virtual obscurity and mystic ideals, are some of the reasons for its near static growth. In spite of difficulties in coming up with an advertising and marketing budget to reach more people with the Legacitic faith, a positive push was nevertheless made to propel religious and political sovereignty plans, to get the word out about Legacism immediately!, and to pull it out of its deadlocked obscurity; and stagnant growth. Today, the birth of the faith and the church itself, as was begun in Ypsilanti in 2007, now has plans to finally form an actual congregation of Legacitic believers in the near future, and to build an actual church building of its own. Whatever locality that first pioneering Legacitic congregation will be gathered together, (whether or not in Ypsilanti itself!, or elsewhere) as well as wherever that first Legacitic church building will be built; is yet forthcoming; and only time will tell. The church is gearing up to inaugurate its next pivotal steps into the future, and is excited about raising up its first religious building ever! It's looking into tapping into the compassion and kindness of wealthy individuals, to move them to give generously to the Legacitic cause, so that the church may carry out its stated missions; and serve the needs of those whom it cares deeply about. Legacism's Religious And Humanitarian Outreach: In efforts to spread and propagate the Legacitic faith, or at least to bring awareness to its presence in the world, the faith was very nominally shared, by simply sending a book in its physical (or sometimes electronic form), to certain individuals. Some of these first peoples to be introduced to Legacism, were: a man in the United States Virgin Islands, a man in Canada, a couple people in the United States of America, a man in the island nation of Jamaica, a man in the Republic of South Africa, a couple men in the Republic of Kenya, a man in the Netherlands, a few people in the Republic of India; and even an electronic copy sent to a man in the central Asian country, of the Republic of Uzbekistan! In also sharing its faith or knowledge with others, the Legacitic Orthodox Church, has also experienced immediate and desperate humanitarian needs, that needed to be addressed right away; especially in light of the current global economic hardships that are affecting huge numbers of peoples everywhere. Realistically, the chuch was not yet in a position of material wealth, to financially assist anyone, nor to lessen their economic burden, beyond the bare common courtesy; of at least offering some words of spiritual encouragement and positive reinforcements. Moved with compassion and deep empathy however, the Legacitic Orthodox Church, has since its founding in 2007, strived to build itself up financially, so that it can independently of its own wealth, be able to help others whom so desperately need their basic and humanitarian needs met. The Legacitic faith today, strives for firm economic and financial independence for itself first, so that it can then help others, and that it can also help those whom it ministers to. It's a part of Legacism's mission, to have some of the current sufferings of the communities and peoples it serves, be alleviated. These are some of the pressing reasons why Legacism has made recent strives to reach out to wealthy individuals, to come into the faith as converts, so that the church can effectively use their wealth and substance to not only forward the aims of inhabiting the promise land in Africa, but to also alleviate the poverty of those whom are currently in contact with the church. Some of the geographic areas that Legacism will be most likely giving its assistance and humanitarian care to, will be those areas, that it has already made some form of a contact, either through certain individuals, or either through already firmly established friendships and acquaintances. Possible candidates for humanitarian help, once Legacism and the Legacitic Orthodox Church is able to render asssistance, will most likely (though not exclusively) go to the following countries: Jamaica, India, South Africa, Kenya, the Netherlands; and of course, the United States of America. Legacism's Creed: [Legacitic Philosophy] excerpt from The Book of Legacites, in Holy Legacy. Legacites 2:2 I believe in the Legacitic Faith, as a blessed way of living my life, and being at peace with myself and all others, for all eternity. Legacites 2:3 I believe as a Legacite, to uphold Legacism while respecting all other faiths, and neither professing to know the only truth to salvation nor professing to be the only true faith. Legacites 2:4 I believe that I am the humble guardian and steward to the Legacitic religious understanding that I've been given, and I reserve any claims of full religious knowledge, to the Almighty God Jah alone. Legacites 2:5 I believe in making the Holy Legacy as a way of life, in my everyday living, and preserving its lessons, its teachings, and its religious culture and traditions for future generations to come. Legacites 2:6 I believe in worshiping the three supreme Gods, whom are: Jah, The Conduit, and The Holy Spirit. Legacites 2:7 I believe Jah contains within himself, both gender attributes of male and female orientation, yet he himself is independently neither. Legacites 2:8 I believe that the late holy man Yissa Moshiaque, being also called by the name of Jesus Christ in the English language, was a divine human being sent by the God Jah, to be one of many holy messengers, and that he was a: great prophet, a divine teacher, a global revolutionary, a prophetic visionary, and the supreme savior to specifically the then known ancient world, and eventually to the rest of the literal world. Legacites 2:9 I believe Yissa, was wholly human and not a God himself, to be one of the many divine saviors commissioned by the God Jah. Legacites 2:10 I believe that as the first among all other saviors, that Yissa is deserving of great veneration, though not worship. Legacites 2:11 I believe Yissa to be one of the many promised saviors sent by Jah, for the benefit of the whole world. Legacites 2:12 I believe that Jah is infinite in wisdom and eternal in the extent of his just government and Holy Rule. Legacites 2:13 I believe that Jah, is himself is the head of all things, and is the source of all things. Legacites 2:14 I believe that Jah himself, is: All Knowing, Ever Present, and All powerful, and that he himself, maintains a link with human beings through the power of the Holy Spirit; and influences our conscience. Legacites 2:15 I believe that Jah is a spirit, and that they that worship him, shall worship him in spirit and in truth. Legacites 2:16 I believe Jah, being an omnipresent spirit, projects and magnifies himself throughout the universe, in whatever form or shape he chooses, and that he can proceed or project an exact likeness of himself while still remaining true to his spirit form likened unto an eternal sound or light-wave invisibly emitting throughout space and time. Legacites 2:17 I believe that reincarnation does not, and can not happen without the will and divine purpose of Jah. Legacites 2:18 I believe that we all as humans, have been incarnated into human form, being transformed from our original spirit form, from the God Jah, and that this power of transformation comes through the sustaining power of the Holy Spirit. Legacites 2:19 I believe that we as humans, have a double manifestation and form, and that those forms are: our spirit being, and our bodily form. Legacites 2:20 I believe that each of our human manifestations or forms, can not exist independently of each other, and that one needs the other, in order to exist or continue. Legacites 2:21 I believe that the human spirit, being one of the two kinds of manifestations of the human being, exists for as long as Jah desires it to exist, and that this human spirit, though originally created to be eternal, is now since sin and degradation, only eternal in the sense that, as long as Jah does not extinguish the spirit like a flame, then it simply exists for all eternity. Legacites 2:22 I believe that the two components of a human being, therefore the: human spirit and the human body, even when fused together to form a human, can not independently of themselves exist without the spark of life given to it by the God Jah. This spark of life is called: the breath of life, or the breath of Jah. All creation exist at the will and mercy of Jah, and it is his breath that is lent to us as a steward of that breath of life; until as he sees fit to reclaim his spark of life; for it is {this spark of life} his sacred possession for all eternity. Legacites 2:23 I believe that at the desire and power of Jah, that he may of his own free will, extinguish the flame of the human spirit from existing any more, and that at that time, it simply ceases to be. I believe that though any particular human spirit may have existed for thousands of years through repeated reincarnations, that Jah may decide to simply extinguish it from existence, for reasons unknown to us, but that in his actions, Jah is always wise and omniscient. Legacites 2:24 I believe that the human spirit is a type of light being, that's almost completely weightless, and that its essence and presence is almost invisible and almost imperceptible at the same time. I believe that this human spirit is able to take any form or shape that Jah wishes for it to take in human form at any one time, and that our human spirit may assume many different bodily human forms over many thousands of years, and over many thousands of life times, and that over these life times, we may assume any human bodily form, whether that color at the time be: black, brown, caramel, yellow, or white; or whether that race at the time be: African, Indian, Asian, Pacific, European; or Mixed Ancestry etc. Legacites 2:25 I believe that there are other forces of evil out in the spirit world, that can successfully mimic and imitate with extraordinary accuracy, a living and breathing human being, and even a human spirit that may appear as apparitions or even in dreams and visions; to deceive and lead astray many righteous people of Jah. Legacites 2:26 I believe that though our human spirit form is almost imperceptible and almost invisible, that it can be seen and perceived, nevertheless, only that its presence is usually (though not entirely impossible) not seen nor perceived by humans, as our eyes are usually not equipped to see that spirit realm, and that we may however, occasionally perceive a spirit presence, but not being able to see them directly; except occasionally glimpses or through dreams and visions. Legacites 2:27 I believe that the spirit is not able to exist independently of the human body, and that it simply ceases to be, or is reclaimed by Jah, therefore being put out of commission, or either temporarily or permanently nullified; but there is no existence of the spirit outside of the human body once it is separated from it; unless Jah directly permits it for divine and unknown reasons. Legacites 2:28 I believe that the human spirit is the first part of the human being that is ever made or created by Jah, and that once it's made, that its continued existence is totally dependent upon Jah for its own survival. Legacites 2:29 I believe that the human spirit, while still alive within the human body, has: life, intelligence, emotion and thought processes, and is able to move through space and time with considerable ease, without any artificial or other boundaries, and at the will of Jah, and that at Jah's command and desire, that it is also able to traverse across the span of the vast universe, in just the matter of a mere thought, and appear in another location of the universe; without any time or spatial constraints. Legacites 2:30 I believe that the human body, is created secondly after the human spirit. Legacites 2:31 I believe that when humans were created by the Gods, that Jah infused his breath of life into the human being (for without this breath of life, nothing exists) and Jah combines his breath of life with the human body and the human spirit, to make a person animated; and: move and feel, and speak. Legacites 2:32 I believe that in the time that the human being exist here upon earth, that the human carries within him or herself, the breath of life, which may be reclaimed at any time by Jah. Legacites 2:33 I believe that, upon the time of the human's death, the spirit of Jah is reclaimed and goes back to the God Jah whom ultimately and rightfully owns it, then consequently, because life can not of itself exist without this breath of life, then the human spirit is left with no choice but to separate itself from the human body (and either return to the God Jah himself or simply becomes nullified, then lastly, the human body dies as result of Jah's own spirit of life exiting, and finally the human's own spirit leaving the confines of the body itself. Then death occurs. Legacites 2:34 I believe that death is final and complete, and can not be undone, unless by Jah himself, either through the processes of resurrection or through reincarnations or by divine miracle. Legacites 2:35 I believe that all experiences lived and memories remembered, are recorded and imprinted upon the very breath of life given to us by the God Jah, as a spiritual imprint record called a residual spirit impression, that can never be forgotten or erased by the God Jah, unless he himself chooses to do so. Legacites 2:36 I believe that any and all human spirit, is within each human spirit itself, fully engendered and completely infused of all the known genders, and possesses the capacity to manifest and express any gender or sexual identity or sexual orientation; from before the actual event of human birth occurs. Legacites 2:37 I believe that in all true reality, that the God Jah himself, will of his own power and omniscience, reincarnate individuals into any sex or gender, or any sexual orientation he chooses; so that over any given time or span of human reincarnated age, an individual may assume or live their lives as either sex or either gender; or either sexual orientation and it is of no particular choice of our own; but it is of the divine gift, divine power; and pertaining to the mystery of the Gods. Legacites 2:38 I believe in both benevolent and evil powers and principalities, and of supernatural powers in high outer places, both good and bad, and also of these same powers that are beyond this earthly world and beyond our own human understanding. Legacites 2:39 I believe that there is a spirit realm and world inhabited by nonhuman spirit beings of orders of angels and other spiritual beings originally made as they are, and moreover, in which our own human understanding can not easily perceive nor fully understand. Furthermore, that this is the same spirit realm or alternate dimension, in which our own human spirits operate through dreams and visions, and that we are able to only vaguely perceive this spirit world in our dreams and visions; or through spiritual gifts and perceptions. Legacites 2:40 I believe that Yissa, whom was sent of Jah, spoke and taught about many other things that were not ever included nor sanctioned by the learned authorities, and not included into Holy Writ, due to cultural and political norms of the times. Legacites 2:41 I believe Yissa had compassion for those of whom he himself knew to be sexually alternative or sexual minorities, and did not condemn nor spoke ill of them, yet encouraged all amongst him to love one another and esteem one another with the same love and grace shown to us from his God Jah. Legacites 2:42 I believe Yissa was very aware of prejudices in his times, and so he only left two laws that imperfect humans could even possibly able to manage or even to humanly bear, and that those greatest of all laws God's laws are: to love the Gods with all to your fullest potential, and to love your neighbor as you would love your own self. With these two laws of love being rightfully understood, Yissa loved dearly, those among him whom were homosexual or otherwise, and he himself did not condemn them, nor did he himself said they sinned in their sexual choice and orientation; but instead embraced them as his own people, and as a gift of the Gods, as all children are. Legacites 2:43 I believe that Yissa, though not unique nor different from many other human saviors sent into the world, and they whom were also called Moshiaque like all other saviors, was however seen to be the preeminent and supreme savior sent. Legacites 2:44 I believe that the savior Yissa, within the legacitic religious faith, is the same individual person, whom is known in the English speaking countries, and within Christianity, as Jesus Christ. Legacites 2:45 I believe that as a legacite, that Yissa, though greatly deserving of veneration, is not to be worshiped, as only the Gods are deserving of worship, and those Gods are: Jah, The Conduit, and The Holy Spirit. Legacites 2:46 I believe this creed to be the Legacitic faith, and in keeping it faithfully and according to the power of the Holy Spirit, to do Jah's Will within me, so help me Jah; hallelujah. Legacitic Religious Texts:
The main religious text for Legacites, is: Holy Legacy. There are two other principal Legacitic scriptural canon books, which are: Holy Continuum, and Holy Saga. Holy Continuum was published in March of 2010, while Holy Saga is a yet unpublished future work. Other Legacitic scriptural books, are also planned, and will be released in the future. All these books, will in the near future, complete Legacism's holy books for its adherents, so that, Legacites will have a comprehensive set of holy books as the basis of their religion. Holy Legacy, is structured and comprised of ten separate books all grouped together, and which makes up the text of Holy Legacy itself. The ten books are:The Book of Trials, The Book of Registers, The Book of Epics, The Book of Acuity, The Book of Proclamations, The Book of Awakening, The Book of Legacites, The Book of Oration, The Book of Epistles; and finally, the Book of Documentations. These ten books within Holy Legacy itself, is then grouped into books of three, except for the final book, The Book of Documentations, which is separate by itself. Poetry In Legacism {A Brief View}: Poetry in Legacism, plays a very important role, where it reaches mystic forms, and displays itself as high literary art. The use of poetry in Legacism, also is a platform for the Marceliguenne national culture, and as inspiration for Legacitic religious vitality and innovativeness. Legacism's poetry, ranges from deep religious angst and intense melancholy, all the way to strange and hidden mysticism, double meanings, prophetic renderings, and even carefully crafted eroticism; all wrapped up in religious passion. Poetry is found all throughout Legacitic scriptures, and Legacism itself, places a very high social and cultural value, on the art of poetry and its great potential for transformative spirituality and deep reflection. Legacitic poetry, also shows themes of: beauty, the joy of life, sensuality and eroticism, and is even used for its cultural and entertainment value. Some of Legacitic poetry can be quite serious or even highly intense in its subject matter, but there are poetic renderings also, of levity and laughter, and a sense of joyfulness. Legacitic poetry, also addresses critically important topics, that have come to define and shape Legacism today, such controversial issues as: homosexuality, sexual orientation, gender identity, rape, poverty, political injustices, spirituality and religious identity, relevancy of God in today's modern age, and even magic and mysticism. [An Example, of a Legacitic Epic Poem] 'Courage Epic' chapter 2, excerpt from The Book of Epics, & taken from Holy Legacy, Copyright 2009 Marcel Duvoix. Epics 2:1 Courage, where shall I find the courage to go on? For as I go on forward into this world, I'm but as a ghost of myself, and as a facade of what could be, so give me great courage, Jah!; hear my prayer.
Epics 2:2 Courage, is what I aspire to, to be a bulwark of solid strength, and a resounding firm stand against the onslaughts of life's troubles.
Epics 2:3 Courage, for I know not of its full value, nor of its depths, for in times of critical revelations, where has my courage been founded, but hidden under stricken fear and loathing?
Epics 2:4 Shall I learn of courage from being beaten down into submission? Hear this!, for what have I to gain from jabs and blows?, I do not know, for in lessons learned; there exists a better way.
Epics 2:5 I yearn for courage that is not puffed up into pretenses of manhood, and false senses of what it is to be masculine and manly, and what of these deflated masculine facades?, where and when shall their influences be lost?
Epics 2:6 Courage too to free me from these pretenses of feminine beauty and grace, the courage to be free from what I am to be, and the courage to display my own beauty of feminine elegance my own way, even in the presence of my own masculinity, yes indeed, for I am beautiful.
Epics 2:7 Shall courage be worthless as the dust on the soles of the feet, when so many have vouched to possess its capturing essences, when in fact they have not? When shall the lies end?
Epics 2:8 Show me your courage! For we shudder and fear in what is known, and to that which is also unknown, and we shudder and fear of all things possible, but, yet still we stand. What makes us still stand?
Epics 2:9 For each of us, this thing that makes us still stand in the face of mounting obstacles and fearsome dread, is different from one person to the other.
Epics 2:10 Courage to be you, and courage to be me, and courage to just be!
Epics 2:11 What courage mounts up from out of the depths of destruction and gives me the wings to soar on high? In the depths of my mind I feel the courage to go on, and to fight on more second, and for one more minute longer, and from there onward, life is worth my hour of courage in gold.
Epics 2:12 Return my backbone to me, oh conquerers of stealth and destruction, and I shall break you all in pieces while my bones are yet in the palm of my hands, for courage has hardened my spineless back to miraculously stand still, even though I was incapacitated; yet, I shall not cease from coming for you; even in your sleep.
Epics 2:13 Shall death stop me, shall the breath taken from me stop my display of courage? Absolutely no!, for in death while my flesh rots and my bone dry, my memories of those that remember me shall emblazon courage on their chest plates for me, and in gasped breaths they shall spit and hiss as adders and vipers to strike at the insurmountable and the impossible.
Epics 2:14 Courage that burns the insides of the throat as spewed words that spear through the enemy as words alive with light and sharp edges that brings death and fearful shuddering.
Epics 2:15 Courage have I, that can not be sold nor exchanged, for this my courage is mine and mine alone. I shall not be pulled back nor forsaken of my prize, for courage my friend has accompanied me this day.
Epics 2:16 This is courage that breaks up through the marrows of my bones as sweetness spilled on hot rocks and bubbled in the hotness of the midday sun, as death's kiss take my breath away; and I fall dead with a thud to the dusty earth.
Epics 2:17 Yes, I will even in quiet repose display my courage as a gentle elegance, and as my dreams quicken with steadied breaths, I will spring up awake with fistfuls of courage in my clenched palms, and cool determination in my gritted teeth.
Epics 2:18 I shall not be beaten back nor be dissuaded, for this my cause I shall speak and make it as reality birthed into existence, and as glistening swords of splaying power, I shall cut the routes that the enemy rides upon, as if they were severed flesh falling away from his bones.
Epics 2:19 Yes, I even in my calmness, shall burn with courage while I rest my eyes and plan the tactics of war and military might.
Epics 2:20 March mighty ones, and rise up glorious guards for mission's sake, for have not I given to you of my own courage and strength? Where shall the enemies foothold on my soil be, when in his own blood he slips and fall a slippery slope?
Epics 2:21 Be you gone from my sight stricken ones, for have I not already taken your crowning glory and might, and where shall you ably stand when the courage of spirited soldiers takes away your ankles from beneath you; and you crumble to the ground?
Epics 2:22 Have I not given to all, of my courage as thrown blood in profusion, and the molecules pool together as magnets that which can not be torn apart nor be broken ?
Epics 2:23 Give me your boiling blood in your veins that rush with heated passion and courage, and I shall quicken your stomping feet with power, and your fists with deadening striking force.
Epics 2:24 What of this war and conquest that shall we not win? For have not the Gods already delivered to us the victory? Yes, none shall make of your courage a blunder and get spliced through on a razor's edge of ingenuity and cunning guile.
Epics 2:25 We shall by courage have that which has been promised to us by the Gods, and shall any stand in the way of Divine providence? Yes, for they shall dare to stand in its way as a test to us, yet still, shall they remain standing when their knee caps are taken out, and the wind taken out of their chests while they are about to exhale?
Epics 2:26 Give me my beaten arms bloodied with blows, and my feet blistered with marching, and my lungs bruised from shouting the war cry, and pump into me the spirit of Jah's fearsome courage, and I shall bare my bloodied palms to the bone, and my festering fleshy feet also to the bones, and my shrinking lungs to implode with the weight of drowning blood and fluids; and I shall by courage deliver to you the victory won over my enemies.
Epics 2:27 Break these bones of mine, and shatter my jaw bones and take my tongue out, and what of my intestines and innards that you my splatter against the roughness of the wall?, yet still by courage I shall rise up out of my pain and anguish and defeat you while you smirk and celebrate your premature victory.
Epics 2:28 I shall by fearsome courage come for you while you flee, and I shall come for you while you rest, and I shall come for you while you even yet come for me, and I shall come for you while you rest in your grave, and when the dust is scattered at war's end, I shall return to blast by fire the remaining moisture from the very dust itself; before it even has a chance to settle on the strands of hair on your head.
Epics 2:29 Give me breath in these dead lungs, that while I lay dead on the battlefield, I shall from deaths nether reaches, return with fiery courage to slice you swiftly while speech have not yet have a chance to travel from your brain pathways to your parted lips and tongue.
Epics 2:30 Courage fill me now from the soles of my feet to the reaches of my head, that in steadfast movement over the battlefield will I fear none that cross my sight, nor none that breathes within earshot of me.
Epics 2:31 For I have seen the muddy battlefields and the wires strung across lines and boundaries, yet courage brought me through the muck and filth, that I stood victorious until the end.
Epics 2:32 I saw the open ocean's edge, with its icy coldness and its empty waves cast wildly about, yet for the approaching destruction I stood for courage's sake; and claimed victory by might and stamina.
Epics 2:33 In the skies above stood the thick blanket of eerie silence and the cast over of dark foreboding clouds, yet for courage's sake I stood my ground and rallied on.
Epics 2:34 I knew not whether help would come or not, and the steely cold fingers of the night frost gripped into my chilled flesh with pain. The dankness of the wet mud clung to my flesh, stale and slimy, and I dreamt of a warm and comfortable bed, yet for courage's sake I kept the night watch and won the battle.
Epics 2:35 In the early morning hours I stood on the cusp of the smoothed over hillock, and watched over a great expanse as the morning light illuminated the smoky dust and haze, and felt a calm. I smelled the polluted air thick with death, and the grit of sand in the heavy laden air stung my eyes and throat, and by the approaching reinforcements; I by courage stood my ground.
Epics 2:36 The slithering masses of soldiers on their stomachs approach with inching penetration of the front lines, and the light of the day burst with clarity on the scene. The air cleared and dreamily hung in suspense. Then the weather surprised by releasing a crisp and cooling shower of rain, and either by coincidence or miracle, the combined tricky weather conditions coupled with the fog rolling in, hid our position from even the penetration of technology. I by courage shouted with exhilaration, and with tough resolve bore down on the enemy.
Epics 2:37 The battle bore on, one victory one, then the other lost. The battle wore on with the cries of both sides' pull and tug of the other. I felt the turning tide, and by reshuffling of tactical resources and a calculated split of troops, a great risk by cause of our vulnerable position, it however paid off in our favor. The troops' gap then closed in on us very rapidly after our brief victory, yet, as if by proof that the Divine hand of grace had never left us in the first instance, a shuddering divide swept in and shattered the opposition. In time of strength and courage, our line of defense stood strong and carried us into another victory.
Epics 2:38 What can be said of courage that has not already been said? For day after day we prevailed, and though through rough spots and some defeats we incurred, we bore onward and pushed the borders back, and then held the lines by courage, that they broke not, nor faltered anymore.
Epics 2:39 Shall courage be shouted from bastion tops, or for courage's sake, shall courage be rewarded with loyalty and bravado? Indeed it shall, and for my part I shall join with the brethren to celebrate our victory had.
Epics 2:40 In courage breaking forth from the prisons of the world, came a mass of peoples to take the Karas and Hardap regions for the sovereignty of Marceligue, and when the shofar has long been sounded across the hills and valleys, the claim of the new country of Marceligue shall arisen from out of the imaginations of the amassed; and step boldly into the world of actual existence.
Epics 2:41 In the low fortressed hills and into the command post we stood to look out into the lowlands, and off farther into the horizon where there stood craggy hills and the spines of the mountain chains. With courage we stood the ground, and by the last stronghold, there they gave in to peace and stability in the land by the submission of five kneeling to the new Marceliguenne authority.
Epics 2:42 I shall by courage take my sovereign land, and by the winds of glory pressed into the concave of my back, I shall speed my heels to the earth, then I shall mount up hovering on suspended air to command the land to bow down and obey their new king that Jah has sent in their midst.
Epics 2:43 The seas surrounding, the lands undulating, the valleys and high peaks awe inspiring, the rivers invocating, and when by courage the king arrives, the Marceliguenne air shall emulate regal splendor, and so Jah's sovereign shall rein in the land of promise.
Epics 2:44 Shall not the creatures great and small bow their heads in solemn knowledge that Jehovah's one has arrived, and that he comes subduing? For in might and courage shall Marceligue be established, when too the peoples assembled shall bow their heads in obeisance, then may the king step out into the realm of grand possibilities.
Epics 2:45 Gorgeous ladies with airs of wispy elegance surveying about the land with sweet approving smiles, and splendidly beautiful men with stances of peacock showmanship parade about the sovereign territory with courage for a badge.
Epics 2:46 The flow of peoples are intoxicating throughout Marceligue, as they come and come still, and from far and near abroad, from even out of the South African Republic they come with courage for their child; for they too have been reborn as it were.
Epics 2:47 The land of Marceligue has become again a frontier land of sharp contrasts, and Karas and Hardap shall bow down under relenting submission of the arrival of Marceligue's time as a new country. We for courage have arrived with all our energies and substance, and have brazened to call this land our own.
Epics 2:48 The great and the humble, the royals and the nobles, the celebrities and the nondescript, the poor and the impoverished, the newly freed citizen prisoners, the freemen from here and abroad, and when they by courage coalesce here in the sovereign land of Marceligue, whom shall deny them their right to their country, and the king also his due?
Epics 2:49 Like magnetically drawn to Marceligue they shall come, in courage's footsteps, and either one by one, or two by two, or by groups or by masses they arrive still. I shall look on in wonder when the land shall be filled with the newly proclaimed Marceliguenne patriots, strong and bold!
Epics 2:50 Beat the chests of the Marceliguenne warrior men as drums for the victory dance, and adorn the jewels on the women as ready for the coming sovereign festivities. Shout by courage the celebration song, and gather the children for merriment and laughter.
Epics 2:51 For our Marceliguenne children's sake shall courage grow out from within us, and we as warrior men and women shall make our stand a bold and mighty one.
Epics 2:52 Our children shall inspire us to dream even larger things than we have ever imagined, and by courage shall the children speak of wise things that only Jehovah God could have revealed to them.
Epics 2:53 Our children shall we protect by the shield of courage and mercy, and driving onward will the might of God send his angels to hide the Marceliguenne children from the enemy, and to shuttle them away to safety.
Epics 2:54 Drive the wedge onward into the territories of Karas and Hardap, rein in the fragmented pieces together that the sovereign land may claim its whole. Make courage and honor the words of the day, and gather up the troops for the final stand.
Epics 2:55 Make true the call of courage to make this our land, and let not anyone back down from their duty to take Marceligue with the winds of change at their backs, and the guiding hand of Jah directing their path to sovereignty.
Epics 2:56 Throw your voices up out of your lungs in a furious war cry, and by courage of passion, propel your forces within you to slam the enemy to submit to the just cause of Marceligue's sovereign realm on Karas and Hardap.
Epics 2:57 Make the case be heard by courage, and speak boldly a mission that can not be denied. Raise up the sword of the fury of Jehovah's verdict, and deliver to them the finality of what is truly become Marceligue's land.
Epics 2:58 Call upon the brethren from near here, and then from far over there, and together meditate together a rising war chant that shall deafen the enemy's inner ear to burst, and its outer ear to fall off in the dust, unless it reverses its grip on Marceligue; and relent to sovereign's calls.
Epics 2:59 Shake up the land with thunderings, darken over the skies with voluminous clouds of ominous events, scour the land with biting dust storms and a great searing wind, howl the spirits of valor with weapons drawn to shudder the heart strings to stop cold; and when Marceligue's courage is at its lowest, send down the hand of Jah God to scatter the enemy and break their strongholds.
Epics 2:60 Drum the drums to beating in sync with the heartbeats, and stomp the feet in tune with the war rhythm, and when the pulsating dust suspends in slow motion for but a split swirling second, swiftly cut down the enemy with one swoop. Rush in with shofars wildly confounding, and further by courage bind them that stand still.
Epics 2:61 Call upon the wiles of nature to assist you oh Marceligue in your battles over Karas and Hardap, and make the ways of the natural world work in concert with your efforts and tactical plans. By courage still, make nature a friend in the battle for these your own sovereign lands.
Epics 2:62 Make a joyful sound when in nature shall the answer come to you at the confounding, and use that your answer to your advantage. For it is Jah God whom answers your prayers, and pray for strength and courage still, that the final push may be made to make Marceligue; your home.
Epics 2:63 Make no mistake that it is you whom is in control, for it is the Gods whom holds your control in check, so be humble in this thought for a moment, and when you have separated out cruelty from courage, and knows its difference, then you may proceed. Give thanks to the Gods and honor them, so that in your victory you may be humbled still.
Epics 2:64 Set free your demons of insecurities and feelings of inadequacies, that Jah may lead and direct your thoughts and paths, that when in battle you engage, your courage may be genuine and not a facade ill-placed against the enemy.
Epics 2:65 Courage in Jah, and for the sake of the battle, yet without unduly placing misguided and unfounded hate against the enemy is not the goal. The goal is to win the battles with power and controlled anger directed through the right thought processes, and then de-constructed through with prayer and meditation to rid one's self of such battle hardened motives and negativities; after the battle is over and done.
Epics 2:66 After each battle, a soldier or warrior must be allowed his or her time to process what has transpired, and then process that mentally, that they may have the chance to rid themselves of such battle horror, have the courage to be healed or either go through a healing and meditative process, and thereby allow themselves the capacity to ably continue battle after battle.
Epics 2:67 This is courage, to connect with one's self, and be reaffirmed as being whole again, for when battles have ended, one must heal one's self from what one has done to hurt another human being and to win one's case, and for that warrior or soldier to take that responsibility, and know that life must go on irregardless, and for them to go through a process of internal healing and eventually outward wholeness in living one's life day by day.
Epics 2:68 Indeed, courage is also gentle. Courage is also the gentle knowledge in one's self esteem to know that one is whole and complete within one's self, without need to hurt or display anger and undue submission over another. One must separate the battle from the anger, and be able to live life free of violence, after the battles are over and gone.
Epics 2:69 Courage to stand up to violence and abuse outside of the appropriate context of an actual battleground or war zone, and courage too, is the stand to show solidarity with those whom also oppose violence against women and children. This is true courage. Yet, courage too, to abhor violence against all, and to keep violence to the appropriate field of battles and war fields.
Epics 2:70 Show me your courage, and I will show you a man or a woman for Marceligue. For though they fight for the cause of the country, they are also called to be a gentle people toward each other after the wars and battles, and to love one another.
Epics 2:71 Yes, this shall be easier said than done, yet it can be done, and must be worked on to separate one's self from violence, when the wars have ceased, and the enemy has receded and gone to another place. Have the courage to acknowledge one's hurts and pains, and to work through these feelings with due diligence and careful introspection and also professional outward evaluations.
Epics 2:72 Give me this courage great Jah, this courage to separate the violence of the battlefield from carrying over into the context of everyday living, and to leave such violence and anger dead in its tracks on the war zones, and to let peace and love be.
Epics 2:73 One can not continually be at war and crisis, and must find time to heal and make one's self whole again. To also find the time to love and share, and to have the courage to show compassion and empathy towards all; and to even the animals and the plants.
Epics 2:74 To have courage to fill one's heart with love and purpose again, after the war and crisis, and to laugh again. To make passion and sweet love again, and to dream of grander dreams and higher heights.
Epics 2:75 The courage to cease from wars and the crisis state, and to move forward into the benefits and gifts of life and liberties. To observe a warming smile, to gaze into the eyes of a delicate child, to hold a soft flower in the palm of one's hand; and to feel the warm rays of light warming one's face in the coming morning sunlight.
Epics 2:76 To courage to rebuild after the war and battles have gone, the courage to continue on, and the courage to love and be loved again.
Epics 2:77 Let courage be mixed with love and compassion, and let there be a warming smile passed from one to the other as a sign of brotherhood love.
Epics 2:78 Courage is what is built upon like a structure built strong and sure. Let courage be filled with the sure intentions of one's self awareness of the humanity of each and everyone, and the final realization that once Marceligue is established and certain, that we shall also share in the human family and all its complexities as one human kind.
Epics 2:79 Courage takes time, and courage needs to be learned. Let patience be part of the process of learning courage itself, and so moderate the learning process with love and compassion for other people's struggles and difficulties.
Epics 2:80 Be a partner for courage, and encouraging the quality in others with diligent patience. Let not courage be rushed, for to rush courage is to court a breakdown of the learning process of courage itself.
Epics 2:81 I am courage, that others may have the strength to be whole once more, and to give thanks and praise. Rejoin the society of fellow brethren, and make anew the broken down places and the broken minds.
Epics 2:82 Lift up the downtrodden on strong shoulders of courage, and the forgotten after the wars have ceased, and nurse back to health the weak and lonely hearted.
Epics 2:83 Give food to the hungry, and through courage, touch someone's heart with sympathy and care. Be a caregiver and a solid rock of strength. Give hope for the future, and by courage in one's heart, make amends with friends and enemies alike.
Epics 2:84 Sign the peace accords and resolve the warring factions. By courage, make anew the country and the people, and lift up love and hope for the future.
Epics 2:85 Be the wondrous light of hope and boundless courage that all hopes for, yet is too timid to see it in themselves. Live a life of courage and unyielding strength.
Epics 2:86 I am that change for the future generations, of courage and love for my country Marceligue. Let none take away from me, the duty to my God Jah, and to my Marceligue. Grace, may Jah bless this land with, and by mercy, may he preserve us for many unceasing generations.
Epics 2:87 Gather up the scattered pieces of society and mend them again into a cohesive whole, and make by courage the bitter deaths a sweet memory and a lasting legacy.
Epics 2:88 Let not Marceligue's heroes be forgotten, and by courage, honor them. Be the memorial of a strong and courageous nation built on strength and perseverance.
Epics 2:89 Wipe the tears of the children, and hug with gratitude the elderly, and for courage's sake, kiss the babes; and thank God that they are with us still.
Epics 2:90 Be gracious and thankful in times of peace, and by courage, acknowledge the one's whom secure our Marceliguenne heritage and sovereignty.
Epics 2:91 Make the celebratory wines and mixed liquors, and pour out the libations for all to drink in these times of our cherished nationhood, and when we drink; remember our fallen heroes and warriors whom gave their very lives for our Marceligue.
Epics 2:92 Live life by courage, and live it to the fullest, give a little or give a lot, but nevertheless, give something back to society in thanks and gratitude. Make this Marceliguenne land, a land of upright warriors and a people full of the passion for life and living.
Epics 2:93 When death has arrived at our doors to take us to beyond and nether, then by courage go into death's arms with grace, for we are but dust.
Epics 2:94 Live with courage and grace, and so die likewise. Make a compact with Jah to live a boundless life without regret, and be thankful for all life offers.
Epics 2:95 In this mere instance, is breath enough, and it's all that life offers, so meditate on that thought, and think of those whom have gone so soon from our presence in death's embrace; and have courage still.
Epics 2:96 I am with you now, but it will not always be so, I then ask you to be courageous, and look after one another and be a companion and a sentinel to those whom are in your circle of love and trust.
Epics 2:97 Be the courage that keeps on going, and never gives up. Let the strength of your resolve shine brightly that others may be inspired.
Epics 2:98 Courage that never fades nor hesitate from duty. Answer the call to duty and patriotic courage, and when Marceligue has arisen out of Karas and Hardap, then in its history you shall share. I looked out upon the land of Marceligue, and it was grand and beautiful. By courage I can say that I played my part in its infancy, and by perseverance and grit of determination, I see this land as mine and ours.
Epics 2:99 Let us all by courage be a part of this our Marceliguenne dream, and see this task to its conclusive fruition.
Epics 2:100 We are the future of this Marceliguenne nation, so let us by courage take a stand to ensure its place among the body of nations, and take fear by its nether reaches; and toss the same out into the depths of the abyss.

Trials 6:1 Joy is what lightens the mind with feelings of weightlessness.
Trials 6:2 Joy is that which sparks laughter and explodes the air with gifts of radiant sounds.
Trials 6:3 Joy is illuminating the ear of the Gods with the acknowledgment, that you are content, in whom you really are.
[An Example of Sensuality, Comedy, & Eroticism, in Legacitic Poetry] Excerpt from The Book of Sultriosity, & taken from Holy Continuum, and entitled "Music Ride, " Copyright 2010 Marcel Duvoix.
Sultriosity 2:1 Music ride, a sound of rickety springs, creaking under bodies laborious, and in unison the two are channeling passion. Pound the bed boards, a clang and bang, as wet skin slaps together. Hear a slurping and a sucking, the sounds makes, and tongues slather away at places that makes one wince and sing acapella, "for you're my fella!!"
Sultriosity 2:2 Music ride me to the moon, and back again in an instant. Spontaneous spanking spud survive, to speak symphonic sensations a ringing in my ear, as bed springs break and pop; and so do I. Let the morning alarm sound away, and the creaking die with a thud, as our bodies stick together in sludges of sweat and spooge. Wet sloppy kisses are exchanges between heavy breaths, and the memory of the ride, still fresh; and we smile.
Sultriosity 2:3 Music ride a sound in my ear, when the throttle ejects a pumping action as I probe, and you grit your teeth and bite my ear lobe. Music's bite is sweet, and passion's music, my chambers. In intimacy we slide our ride, a moody shrill, as I make you sing soprano. Oh note, how high shall you go?
Sultriosity 2:4 Music ride breaks my back in, as full force the gyrating copulation fulfills, upward trajectory and downward motions colliding, as hips grind away; and flesh by two makes music beautiful. Roll this way until it thwacks, against a cheek and back in it rocks. Little by little I make you whistle, for a moment thought you've been poked by a thistle, and I say to you, "how was this ride my dear?, " This was your music ride, and I hope you enjoyed it. Next stop, the lollipop lock. [An Example of a General Erotic Poetry, In Legacism] Excerpt from The Book of Poemry, & taken from 'Versalicious' Copyright 2010 Marcel Duvoix. This poem's entitled: Pretty Lady. Poemry 42:1 Pretty lady, with your air of sophistication and wistful way, walking by my path. Love has struck me the moment my eyes caught a hold of you, and I think to myself, "What a sweet vision I see!" Your dark chocolate buttery skin thrills me, as captivating memories swimming in my mind. Such beautiful skin against the tincture of your amber crimson lips, and sparkling eyes that captures a beautiful person within. Love, wonderment, romance and sweet matrimony could be mine; and I think today is going to be a very good day! Poemry 42:2 Pretty lady, you're as a holy erotic black jewel, with deeply emotionally yummy skin. For you're like delicate strands of black caviar, strung like pearls onto silver threads, and that wraps itself around the blood engorged stave of my manhood; throbbing! Poemry 42:3 Pretty lady, your fiery warmth glows from within, and with skin as intoxicating as black onyx sitting atop engorged breast. With enrapturing delight, are my lips touched to the tips of your taut nipples, and I find my tumultuous pleasure there. Poemry 42:4 Pretty lady, I see you heaving in the full throat actions of passion, writhing on a wave of cataclysmic orgasm, until your arched back is a silhouette of delicate beauty. I kiss you, and I'm rested upon the soft feminine exquisiteness, that is your silken stomach, and just mere inches away from your pleasure trove. [An Example of a Legacitic Romantic Poem] Excerpt from The Book of Poemry, & taken from "Versalicious' Copyright 2010 Marcel Duvoix. This poem's entitled: Romance In The Air.Poemry 43:1 Romance in the air, of pretty women and gorgeous men, walking along busy promenades. The crisp air heady with excitement and mass possibilities! The holding of hands, and the closeness of lovers in proximity to each other, and I know, that tenderness abounds. Sweetness between couples, and gentle kisses, and in the gentle weather of the days and nights, there's romance marching musically; to heart beat songs.
Poemry 43:2 Romance in the air, and what of the season of being bonded in a torrid romance? You and me?, could it be? We're in this exhibitionist stance together, with eyes locked upon the other, and the air seems electric with eroticism. Kissable lips like yours, that awaits the meeting of my lips to graze upon them. With this day to call our own, romance is lovely, and what could be better? This poem's entitled: Just One Kiss My Jah Yireh.Poemry 52:1 Just one kiss my Jah Yireh, to seal a kiss to even the sandals of your feet, and to feel as though, the dust thereof, shall be as golden flecks to decorate my lips for a lifetime! One moment my Divine God, to reach into the fabric of the upper worlds of the skies, and to plant a delicate kiss thereon your palm outstretched to me, that I'll want none other hand to touch me forever, but yours oh divine deity!
Poemry 52:2 Just one kiss my Jah Yireh, to place as gentle flowers upon your sacred lips, and I shall remember its searing power upon my lips, as holy ecstasy gifted to me; my Almighty! One sweet chance, to grasp the might of your powerful body, held for a brief moment next to mine, and I shall enshrine my body in lotus blossoms and their oils essences thereof; and be transformed as an angel of beauty for you!
Poemry 52:3 Just one kiss my Jah Yireh, to graze the sweetness of your soft cheeks, and in mystical trance, shall my lips utter impassioned chants, to caress your ears as sweet music of worshipful praises. One chance encounter, to lay my head upon your girded up chest, decorated in the emblems of your universal rulership, and I shall think to be in none other presence but yours; in my returned incarnations.
Poemry 52:4 Just one kiss my Jah Yireh, and my vocal threads shall tremor with vibratos of holy chants, and my spirit to dislodge for a moment from out of my body, in levitation; while yet my body falls into a holy trance. Kisses as like none other, and being in your fellowship, is most cherished, my beloved Yireh! [A Classic Example of A Key Legacitic Poem, That Pioneered A Certain Standard, That Defines Poetry Within Legacism Today] Excerpt from Book of Poetace, & taken from 'Holy Continuum' Copyright 2010 Marcel Duvoix. This poem's entitled: Prisoner Child.Poetace 3:1 Prisoner child, I see you in your skin of walled up body and mind, caged as a man or woman abandoned by society. Yes my child, and that your thoughts race within, for your dashed hopes and dreams. Yet still, I shall take your pain into my heart and mind, and cast it to the feet of them that mock and jeer you, and call down help from heaven above to cease them that hold you by laws restrictive.
Poetace 3:2 Prisoner Child, I hold you in my arms and press you into my chest for comforting sake, as I shower you with kisses, and soothe you with sweet words until you fall asleep, as self assured and empowered anew. Yes, as my child beloved, you are someone's child, for to me; you're ever a man as I am. Take my hand, for to me I shall be your God, and you to me, my beloved ever more.
Poetace 3:3 Prisoner Child, I shall kiss you on the lips lavishly, from thousands of miles across vast oceans and lands, and soothe your mind to musing dreams alighted up to heaven's world. Yes!, as you sleep at your night's peace, I shall take you into the secret places of heaven's restful abode, and show you lands and places you've never seen before.
Poetace 3:4 Prisoner Child, released from your bondage, and from them that seek to destroy you, I shall be there for you when you awake at morn's first light my love. I shall hover amidst the air above your bed as an angel sent on light beams, and reach down my hand to grasp yours, and bid you a morning enlivened within and without!, and strength for the day.
Poetace 3:5 Prisoner Child, in chains of hidden sexuality, hidden and ashamed from the scorn of the world, and stigmatized into hiding by those of even your friends and family, I shall assuage your mind to claim freedom my child! Yes!, that you may cast off the burdensome chattels that bind; and make yourself a thing of beauty arisen in the eyes of the Gods!, as their gift to the world. Poetace 3:6 Prisoner child, you're no cast away as they say you are, and you're my friend, my soul's light, and my heart's song; for I shall sing for you too. I release in you the bursting forth of your arisen joy like mist on the morning's fog. I dedicate this my heart ticking away in my chest, to you, as our song; that when you put your hand upon your chest and smile, you'll remember that this is our song together; evermore. Poetace 3:7 Prisoner child, should I cry for you now, you'll only wipe my tears and say, "don't cry, " for you've already cried enough for both of us. And when you can no longer remember the touch of my firm handshake, then cry a tear for me, and save that tear stained cloth as a momentum that you hold close to your cheek at night; and as our having shared once, our care for one toward the other. Poetace 3:8 Prisoner Child, send up your prayers to me as offerings of love, and I shall share in your joy awakened, with Jah God, being my creator God and master God of all Gods. Take up the love offerings of them that sojourn alongside you as newly liberated warriors, and together in solidarity, abide in truth and love towards each other; as mine ever more. Poetace 3:9 Prisoner child, shall I dance for you my sultry dance, for in your mind, I've danced for you a thousand times over, while yet you look out into the stillness of the day or night, and you picture that where my feet goes, there yours will also go? I shall move for you my confined brother in tethered chains, and where you can't move, my sensuously oiled limbs shall be as joyous odes to your simple desires; and for peaceful comfort and human decency. Poetace 3:10 Prisoner Child, enjoin yourself to me as your lover God, and to you a I shall be as as savior warrior, and legend. Arise from your slumbered sleep of sorrow, my child they've assaulted, and take your leave from the cages that hold and bind you unnecessarily. This is a new day given to you empowered amique!, to shine and break through to glory and power, and to a new country given to you. Poetace 3:11 Prisoner child, you will ask of me to speak, that they shall hear around the world, and that you'll also imagine that my words are your words broadcasted. Yes!, that my lips are your lips, and that together our lips may kiss the same clasped hands of the grace of the Almighty God, and likewise down to the lowly ones too. And that together our lips might even grace each other's cheek in a brotherly kiss of soft ambiance. I'll say, welcome home my friend!, for I've missed you so. Poetace 3:12 Prisoner Child, arise to your given inheritance, and voice powerfully your support for those that still sit in bondage under laws oppressively, from in Africa, the land of Marceligue's new home inherited, and from lands worldwide; where there's no freedom for sexual minorities and gender inequalities exists still for Hijras and inter-sex individuals. Poetace 3:13 Prisoner child, you will ask to be forgotten, yet I shall consciously choose to remember you my amique. Yes!, my mind shall make space in its compartments for you, for there in the secret parts of my mind, I've also a place set aside for you. Yes, that no cage nor confinement can touch you, and the rapturous imaginations of your memories of me, will make that space in my mind grow even more, as you transmit to me your best thoughts upon the chiming winds. I've sought and found you prisoner child, and with a smile and whisper, love is reassured. Poetace 3:14 Prisoner Child, I shall remember you, until my work accomplished shall awaken compassion and common human decency in the African continent, and also abroad in countries near and far. Remember the work done in your honor, and the sacrifice done by those that went ahead of you, and one day you shall awaken to being a prisoner child no more. Poetace 3:15 Prisoner child, should I even run after you, to ask and seek your desire of me, you would say to me, that I should save my energy, and my love and compassion for yet another more worthy. But I say to you, that there may be others more worthy or grandiose, or righteous, or greatly desired of the Gods. However, I say to you this day, that yet still, it is you specifically, that the Gods have asked for in person, and by name. Your sin is in not being you!, and not your sexuality itself!, which the Gods have made you as you are, and is no fault nor error, but is your honor and your right. Poetace 3:16 Prisoner Child, you may never be worthy or human enough in other people's eyes, but for the sake of the Gods whom love you as you really are, human frailties and all; you are truly a gift cherished by them. You may never be appreciated by others for whom you truly are at heart, but to the Gods above that know you within your mind's eye; you are truly loved as you are indeed! Poetace 3:17 Prisoner child, have those cells of cages walled you in that you've forgotten how to fly on freedom's imagination?, for have not the mind itself a vision to soar above these walls and obstacles, to take you into the places where there are no walls or pretenses that are put in between you and I, and we're as brothers that have reunited to share a smile once more? Poetace 3:18 Prisoner child, though far a part we may be, in spirit we are ever together, you and I. Fear them not that persecute and oppress you for simply being you: homosexual, lesbian, bisexual, hijra, transgender, asexual, curious or questioning, transsexual, intersex or otherwise!; and do not entertain their fear mongering against you, that they hold over your heads to move you to cringe in fear of their prisons and strongholds; but arise to your freedom given to you this day. Poetace 3:19 Prisoner child, I shall write that you shall think what it is you need to think, and I shall sweep the words across the pages, that the sweet flow of the words across the pages are as honey and milk to your eyes, and as salve to your heart's deep dreams. Yes, so that in that time when when you'll be at a loss for words under pressure, you'll find just the right words to say, and in this you can be confident. Poetace 3:20 Prisoner Child, read what the Gods have written to you as your inheritance, and claim your given gift of land and fortune. Raise the wary to awareness, and give voice to those that can not speak for themselves. Give thanks that no longer you lay in arms way, and that in the Kingdom of Marceligue there is rest for you. Poetace 3:21 Prisoner Child, I myself King Marcel your God, shall whisk my pen in a word storm for you, that in those words are life come alive on the pages that flow as gifts spiritual. Yes!, that my life spring of words transform into angelic soldiers that shall cut down the enemy as unplugged stars fallen into the ocean depths. Poetace 3:22 Prisoner Child, I your God Marcel, shall enliven your mind and body to rise up and heal itself sooner. And your spirit to enshrine itself with the wonder of the miracles of the pen studded into the eyes of the wicked as thrown darts that puncture deep into their nerves; that their eyes shall bleed. Yes, and the life of words come alive!, for my words are already spoken for you, and they live still, yes they live!. Poetace 3:23 Prisoner Child, call the law makers and the politicians to responsibility, that they may be moved to free you from laws that enslave your sexual freedom and put in bondage your right to live, because of whom you are, or what your gender may be, be it: Hijra or inter-sex, or in questioning, or in between; that truly you may be able to cast off the yokes that bind you heavily. Poetace 3:24 Prisoner child, I hunger that you may hunger for your own upward mobility, and that you may want to taste that which is yet undone in your life. Yes, that though your drive and function does not yet move as they should, I shall want for you, that you may have the will to want all these things for yourself. Poetace 3:25 Prisoner Child, I'll be your limbs that move with youthfulness and strength to cross deserts and harsh lands without barely a mouthful of food or water!, and I shall be your thought processes that animate that which moves and shakes people to the core; for I am your conscience and your God Marcel! Poetace 3:26 Prisoner Child, I shall invoke my voice to thunder down upon them that bind you unnecessarily, and that their skulls shall crack under pressure, and to cause them to quake inwardly with burst blood cell disruptions that makes them critically immobile. Yes, that the enemy's conscience shall be made heavy under burdensome worries and troubles besetting them from all directions and from even within their ranks; until they release my peoples into the lands of Marceligue unto me. Poetace 3:27 Prisoner child, shall I kiss you on your hand?, or shall I kiss you on the mouth?, and shall I kiss you one more time a night's goodbye?, for in my mind's eyes, I've always kissed you every night before you go off to sleep. I'll kiss your clasped hands of reverence to me your God here on earth, that while you honor and memorialize me, the memory of the softness of my lips on your hands; will bring you back to me night after night with a smile on your face. Poetace 3:28 Prisoner Child, I'm here for you, that while yet you pray to Jah God above, the God of even I myself!, I shall send my voice to whisper in your ear, a comfort that you can bear, and to uplift your spirit and burdened mind, to fill you with positive energy and joy! I shall be a sweet song for you in the morning, and a steady encouragement in the evening too; and a quiet reassurance as you slip off to bed at nights. Poetace 3:29 Prisoner child, I emote and feel, that you may feel deeper still with empathetic emotions arisen as cream to the surface. Yes, I emote achingly for you, that you may emote that which you can not say nor even whisper on quivered breaths of hope and wonder! I will be your unspoken thoughts receded back into the dark recesses of the lost parts of your mind, and in soft reassurance, I shall evoke my words within you as a soft wind blown into a vessel reanimated!; and enliven your being with new purpose. Poetace 3:30 Prisoner child, I shall come down upon you as an energy beam of enlivened spirit essence, to hover above you as a spirit being with spiritual weapons drawn to cut and sever the enemy that surround you day and night!, and the angels unseen to bolster your strength, and to guard your path to freedom. Poetace 3:31 Prisoner Child, I shall cast the beams of energy upon the eyes of them that seek to destroy you, that the pupils of their eyes shall gloss over with temporary blindness!, and that your escape shall be hidden from their view, that you seem to become invisible to them. I shall as your God, hide you in safety's enclosure, and shall you be delivered into my comforted arms at last. Poetace 3:32 Prisoner child, have they said you can not live as others do in normalcy, and to be free to live as you please? Have they put you away into institutions, and your mind institutionalized into mental slavery? Be for me a vision of hope, and say you'll serve me as master and king, and I shall give you your mind back; sane and free! Poetace 3:33 Prisoner child, break free from your mental imposed slavery, the restraint of the world placed upon you because of whom you simply are, and give me your allegiance. I your king, will in exchange for your allegiance, give you a new path, a new experience into compassionate living, and strength that remains unmoved under the miracle of unconditional love! Poetace 3:34 Prisoner child, I shall come to you as a vision in the day, and as a dream in the night, and as a spirit riding on the air!, and in these ways, I shall call you to me, as an invocation spell cast. I'm your magician king, your God and savior, to whom you shall now humbly serve. Show me your honor badge of love, and I shall make you a new person in a new land. Poetace 3:35 Prisoner child, break the mold and expectations given to you, for these are not yours. They're imposed, because some do not understand you as you are, unique, and belonging to me your King Marcel. I will know you're mine, and your yourself will know you belong to me. I will pull you to me as a magnet, and cast my mind pulsating as a mind wave globally, that you shall sense your purpose in my kingdom, and know that, it is to me you shall surrender your will; and be free. Poetace 3:36 Prisoner child, choose to love, when no one's paying attention, and love, when everyone's apathetic, and love, when all expects you to hate, and love unconditionally without reciprocation or return; because such is the power of my love to shine through as a beacon of high honor. Poetace 3:37 Prisoner child, I command you to be that which is unspoken yet clearly seen, and be that which is life and love, and be that which is compassion and grace under pressure! Yes, and in my unspoken stillness, there you will find me standing as a sweet reminder of what love is. I am your unspoken love, and in being yourself, I am in your loyalty evermore as your God, as you are in mine ever more; my child.
[An Example of a Melancholic Poem, In Legacism] Excerpt from The Book of Trials, & taken from 'Holy Legacy' Copyright 2009 Marcel Duvoix.
Trials 3:1 Sadness is my clothing that I wear as if it were my most prized apparel. It covers me like a thick blanket of stifling regurgitated mass of rotting effluence. I am awash in this feeling that sticksto me like thick encrusted hot tar, searing into the meat of my tortured flesh.
Trials 3:2 I am crying on the inside outward, saline tears burning into my flesh of roasting filth, and my tears feel like they are about to drown me within the confines of my own tortured soul.
Trials 3:3 I am the sum of all my built up fears and of all my wretched shortcomings, and this is why I am so very sad. I am become my own worst enemy, and for this, I am very withdrawn.
Trials 3:4 My mind is heavy ladened as crumbling walls of shattered bricks, and my hopes soddened down with heaps of sweltering manure in the midday sun.
Trials 3:5 My soul have become broken down with sorrow and pain. I am full of unspeakable sorrow, because I feel like a stumbling failure, and I am my own failure. I have failed my own self and the Gods.
Trials 3:6 Savior God, my divine Jah, it is he whom will rescue me from this gloomy sadness. Lift me up, for I am fainted away in the arms of despair, and dry my tears away.
Trials 3:7 Make me solidly strong and fortify my soul. Take this darkness away that I may see the light of strength and deliverance.
Trials 3:8 When all the darkness is cleared away, as a gauzed curtain in the bright of day, I shall discover that Jah is my most prized possession.
The Triat: [What Is The Triat?]- For Many people wondering what's The Triat?, it's designated as the very scriptural beginnings of the Legacitic faith, containing the first three books of Legacitic canon. Triat as a word, simply means in the Marceliguenne language, a grouping of three. There is however only one Triat in the Legacitic scriptural canon faith, just as there's only one Holy Legacy, etc. As a grouping of three books, The Triat itself shows the rawness and vulnerability of its author, as does other main Legacitic scriptures. It's a literary work, that begins with Legacism's founder, searching for his way, and searching for answers in his life; and sharing of himself and his life experiences, as an open path and open teaching tool for others grasp Legacitic knowledge and mysticism.
- The Triat begins right away, with no apparent effort or presumptions of even trying to be a Holy Book at all, nor trying to show why it's divinely inspired by God. That is because in Legacism, it just is, and needs to presumptions of proving itself where a sovereign individual may aptly think and reason for themselves, and accept the Legacitic canon on their own. The Triat, like the rest of Legacitic scriptures, is individual in its own way as a holy book, and presents itself according to its own terms.
- Right away, The Triat is presented in an almost irreverent and almost counter-divine and scandalous fashion, however, its purpose and literary style is fully a part of how Legacism presents its scriptures to its followers. Moreover, the reader almost feels like they're reading someone's personal diary, which is in a way, how the narrative canon naturally flows. As one reads throughout the scriptural canon of The Triat, one sees that a certain reverence and spirituality pervades beyond the raw scandal of how the material is written.
- A mystical yearning, and a certain longing for fulfillment and oneness with self and the universe develops for the seeker of Legacitic mystical knowledge; and that one may truly touch the mind of the divine consciousness ebbing and flowing through us all. One gets the gritty portrayal, and the often heavy handed verbiage of the author in even trying desperately to convey, concepts and ideas that are very much for him; insurmountable and indescribable; yet he pens The Triat, as only he knows how to.
- The Triat, as other Legacitic scriptures, makes no effort in explaining that it's an inspired text, and when it does, it's for the most part, brief and succinct. The Triat then, is written with the assumption that its readership and followers, will know for themselves, that it's inspired, and when it's mentioned directly or indirectly of its inspired worth; it's already apparently clear to the reader; at least that's what the founding father had envisioned. Mysticism as an element, runs throughout Legacitic scriptural canon itself, whether within The Triat, or other Legacitic scriptures themselves. The Triat then, like all Legacitic scripture, is indeed spiritually inspired by the Gods, and is meant to show that inspiration is apparent in many different manifestations.
- All Legacitic scriptures, including The Triat, shows this inspiration in relatable human ways, and conveys the message given to us by the Gods, in ways that are meaningful for us as a church. For these reasons, Legacitic scripture is bold in its approach, even sometimes downright vulgar or common in its approach, but it's mystic Legacism at work in everyday people's lives; that touches them in special ways.
- Most definitely then, Legacism presents its information to its followers, in sometimes raw and irreverent language, and fashion. Moreover, the scriptures presented, shows basic human commonality, of the human factor running throughout the inspired words, and connecting in brilliant ways with the divine, in astonishing ways! In short, these works touch people's lives, in deeply moving way; and resonates with them, a personal emotional connection.
- The first of three books within The Triat itself, is a very short book containing only fourteen chapters, and is called The Book of Trials. Within this first book, these chapters vary in length, but for the most part, it is quite brief. The next book in the trio, is The Book of Registers, which is almost like a continuation of the first book in its poetic form and narrative style, except that Registers, goes more in depth with the author's life, and reads more similar to that of a diary or log; hence why it's called The Book of Registers.
- This second book in The Triat also, is comparatively in length, one of the longer books in all Legacitic scriptures itself, and has fifty chapters of varying sizes. The last of the three books in The Triat, is called The Book of Epics, which is about an average size Legacitical scriptural book, and has only four chapters. Three of those four chapters within The Book of Epics, are quite long. The third chapter itself is an exception to this particular book, and contains only eleven short verses, compared to the other three chapters, which contains one hundred verses each.
- Although The Triat, and all Legacitic scriptures in general does not attach to itself any uniqueness in how it became a particular body of inspired scriptures, or in other words came into actual existence, it still showcases its divinity as being assured, and that it's followers can trust in its origins; and in its benefit for their lives and welfare. The purpose of all Legacitic scriptures, is to reach the literal earthly promised land of Marceligue located on the African continent, and throughout the spiritual journey itself, to become a more balanced human being; and to be at one with oneself and one's neighbors. Moreover, to be at one with the world at large, the universe, and at peace with the Gods.
- The Triat, like all Legacitic scriptures, is meant to be read and enjoyed, and to show itself unfolding to the individual in uniquely mystical and personal ways, because this is how the divine speaks to us as human beings, as individuals. There is a message for everyone, and in reading, the message will reveal itself, to be heartfelt and genuine.
Holy Continuum, is Legacism's second religious book. This book, although significantly smaller in the number of pages published, at only 189 pages, compared to the 808 pages of Holy Legacy, it packs a lot of informative content for the faithful Legacite to follow and adhere to. Holy Continuum, is the follow-up sequel to Holy Legacy, and it fleshes out a lot of details and questions that needed to be answered, in regards to what direction Legacism was headed in, and provides leadership and doctrinal information critical to the faith's foundation. In also a bold move for Legacism as a religion, it showcased in this second installment to its holy scriptures, what had only briefly been touched upon in Holy Legacy, and that is: more expanded poetry, eroticism, sexuality; and sensuality. All these areas were explored more indepth, as an important part of its religious culture and philosophy, and what Legacism views, as a healthy part of its spirituality; which is to include these elements as fully a part of the complete human development. [A Scriptural Excerpt, From Holy Continuum, Addressing The Subject Of Suicide] Copyright Marcel Duvoix 2010. Consultancy 37:1 Suicide is a delicate issue to deal with, but none need feel that that have to avoid or attach any stigma to it. For Legacism as a religion, there ought not to be any shame or sin attached to the act of suicide. It may be initially viewed as a cowardly or selfish act by those whom are either shocked or at a loss for words or adequate explanations, but the realities are, that there are no easy answers. Consultancy 37:2 Furthermore, this much should be expected in any suicide, that none shall expect reasons or motives for the carrying out of such an act, to make any sense or be fully understood. We simply may never know, and this is something we may have to live with, and just move on living our lives as best as we can. Consultancy 37:3 For Legacism itself, suicide is not considered a sin, for we are a compassionate people, and our Gods, and God Jah Almighty is compassionate and sensible enough!, to justly judge a person's worth; without us having to worry or pass judgments on such matters ourselves. Consultancy 37:4 No blame should be laid upon a person whom survives a suicide attempt, nor should any blame be also placed upon a person that successfully kills themselves. We ought to leave such things in the hands of the Gods, and to focus instead on rehabilitating a suicide survivor, or for those that successfully kills themselves, to help their families with emotional and spiritual support, as much as possible.
Consultancy 37:5 At the same time, any thoughts or notions of suicide should be taken seriously, and should not be treaty lightly or in a way that shows us reacting: flippantly or crude. Suicide matters should be dealt with care and compassion, and free from casting judgment or thought of where that person's life is going to end up for all eternity; for as Legacites, we're concerned with living our truest selves in this life; and not so much emphasis on an afterlife.
Consultancy 37:6 Suicide attempts should never be prosecutable, nor should an automatic assessment be made that a person is automatically mentally or psychologically unstable, without making sure of that fact, or by making a professionally medical evaluation. Nor should the survivor of a suicide attempt be stigmatized and shunned; but should be cared for, and given every opportunity to excel.
Consultancy 37:7 Physician assisted suicide, or also otherwise allowing a patient to naturally die without any additional artificial medical aided devices, as long as it's a person's specific desires, or a legally qualified person acting on behalf of the person involved, shall be honored and upheld in the Legacitic church, as well as in the Marceliguenne courts and civil society.
Versalicious: Wordition and Versalicious, were canonized and published in July 2010. Versalicious is simply the delicious word, as imagined by its author Marcel Duvoix. He returns with erotic voracity, to shine a light on what is become Legacitic poetry. In this installment of its scriptural canon, although quite sensual and erotic; it's truly a masterpiece of mystical Legacism at its best. Versalicious delves into human sexuality at all levels, and leaves the reader breathless. Its a sumptuous ride into the mind of its author, often autobiographical, yet also, its a highly spiritual journey of lessons learned, and these poems; will inspire and uplift. [Excerpt from Versalicious, a poem entitled: Into God] Copyright Marcel Duvoix 2010. Poemry 46:1 Into God, I want to fall, and never be rescued, to be enveloped by his sweet holy essence, and to be totally enraptured by his love. To fall into his cosmic grasp, his power held over me as a spiritual magnet, and to know that there's none other, that I'd rather serve and emulate. To be embrued with him day and night, to be utterly filled with his magic!, and to know that I've reached the end of my path to nirvana. I am his, and he is mine, and like a single drop of water returns to its source indistinguishable from the whole, so shall I.
Poemry 46:2 Into God, I myself becomes as he, like a water droplet returns to the great waters, melding, so shall I fall into God as one with him. I am God, and he is God. At the end of my journey, I reach my nirvana, and Jah God calls me to return to him, never to part, and that's when I fall into him, a God enjoined to the Greater God for all times eternal. I fall into you, and am fulfilled.
Poemry 46:3 Into God, I want to traverse, about the full girth of his universal pulse, that pierces through to my heart, as a rodded energy of light come to life. I'm impaled to death, yet laid to rest in sweetness, that is the full wash of white light cascading over my spirit; and gently alighted up into the skies. This is my spiritual ecstasy, into which is bonded my spirit to the great Jah. Beloved of reincarnated lifetimes: past, present, and future. Rapturously filled with mystical enlightenment, I whisper in truth, that I love him.
Wordition: Now gaining a considerable voice in the world, King Marcel, returns once more, with Wordition. Its masterful and commanding presence, is evident, as poetry with soulful depth and passion. Wordition, as richly demonstrated in these precious poems, are a part of Legacitic scriptures. Wordition is bold and vivacious, and many sensitive issues such as rape, and incest, are tackled, with finesse and magic. These poems provide thought provoking insights for all Legacites to study and enrich their spiritual path. For those that are new to Legacism itself, this will be an eye opening introduction into its mystical religious path. [A Scriptural Excerpt From Wordition, a poem, entitled: I'll Wait For You] Copyright Marcel Duvoix 2010.
Verbeuse 22:1 I'll wait for you, until the ends of the earth has ended, and the ends of the earth have come around twice; to rejoin itself. I'll remember you always, and never let the moment of our special moments together, leave my memory. I remember when we first met, how your laughter and sweetness captivated me, and how when you died, a piece of my heart went away into darkness, never to recover. On the other side of this earthly realm, we'll be together again, never to part. While you were alive, I could never get enough of your giddy laughter, your sweet eyes filled with innocence and civility, and the kind touch of your hands on my body, electrified me! I miss so much your heart for humanity, the breadth and depth of your love for people; and how much your kindness and humility was appreciated by all whom knew and met you.
Verbeuse 22:2 I'll wait for you, my love, and my kisses I imagine will be ever for you still, and my hands to be yours to have and to hold, and my heart to be yours, forever true. Oh how I've mourned the loss of your touch, the aching moments of turning over at nights in bed, and realize that you're now gone! You're dead. Such a stark realization to live with, day after day. Now I must go on, and face my days with revived energy and zest, and know that you would have wanted me to live life with joy once more, even after you've gone away to your death.
Verbeuse 22:3 I'll wait for you, and live for the memory of you, my love, until I see you one day again. From here on out in life, I will live that you may be proud of me, and I will erect memorials in your honor, and speak your name with pride; that through my words, you may live still. Let none take these desires from my aching heart. The last residue of you, is still as a ghost in my dreams, and there in the midst of dreams and visions, you live to me as like you were still alive. You speak to me in many ways, and for moments of stillness, I feel as though I can still hear the sweetness of your laughter, and the gentle grip of your hand on mine. Memories are all that I have for now, and until then; I wait.
The Worldwide Governance & Structure, of the Churches, In Legacism:
One of the first things to realize when it comes to Legacism's global church leadership structure and governance, is that it's not set up on a democratic system, but upon a church monarchic fashion. That is to say, that's it's hierarchical, and based upon rank and uniformed subordination to one's church superiors. An easy way to think of this rank system, is to think in terms of an ecclesiastical (church) military rank system, where orders must be followed and carried out.
At the very top of the global leadership of all Legacitic Orthodox Churches, and of all worldwide Legacites, is one single person, and that person is the sole recognized head, whom is called either (depending on their gender) the Grand Patriarch or Grand Matriarch. By both constitutional and ecclesiastical law, the Grand Patriarch or Grand Matriarch, is by default, always the current ruling monarch of the Kingdom of Marceligue. They in turn, either voluntarily choose to rule as a dual Head of State and Head of Church, at the same time, or if and when they choose, they may appoint another to become the next global leader of the church. Once the monarch relinquishes that role however, it can not be regained, so care is usually taken, in appointing the next leader. An excerpt follows below, that goes into detail, about the whole governance and structure.
[Basic Church Governance, Structure, & Organization] Excerpt, is from The Book of Legacites, in Holy Legacy. Copyright Marcel Duvoix 2009.
- *{Special Note: by the time of the publication of these scriptures in July of 2009, the terms 'Marceliguenne Orthodox Church' and 'Legacitic Orthodox Church' became almost interchangeable, and to mean the same thing, without making any particualr distinction between the two. However, it became apparent, that a distinction needed to be made, to better clarify the nomenclatures. Therefore since later developments in 2010 and onward, the term Legacitic Orthodox Church, is by ecclesiastical law, used to more accurately show the church and religion of Legacism as being a global religion, encompassing all peoples. Legacitic Orthodox Church then, is the name of the global church and its representation within Legacism. Marceliguenne Orthodox Church, would more accurately describe, churches that are specifically and geographically located within the promise land itself, so naturally, only churches physically built in Marceligue, would be called Marceliguenne Orthodox Churches.}
Legacites 8:1 In regards to the subject of the organization and governing of the churches themselves, I write to you all legacites, also on this Sunday the twenty-fourth day of May 2009.
Legacites 8:2 First and foremost, is to recognize that the Marceliguenne orthodox churches are not set up, nor are they ever intended to be ever now or in the future, to be governed or organized in a democratic or other fashion, but they are instead meant to be so fashioned in a religious monarchic fashion, with the appropriate structures of rank and strong loyal uniformed subordination to one's religious superiors.
Legacites 8:3 At the very top of the earthly religious church hierarchy, is the Grand Patriarch or the Grand Matriarch, whom is either represented by the current ruling monarch of Marceligue, or as may be further directed by the king or queen, to have any religious member of at least thirty years old, regardless of: class, status, educational background, or regardless of any other distinctions or even the lack thereof, of the legacitic community appointed as grand patriarch in his or her stead.
Legacites 8:4 In the case of the King or Queen Regnant of Marceligue, the minimum age requirement of thirty years old, does not and shall not apply to them, for they are always the grand patriarch in absence of one appointed, or until the monarch appoints one in his or her stead.
Legacites 8:5 The King or Queen Regnant of Marceligue, shall have the option of either wholly retaining and fully ruling as both Grand Patriarch and monarch at the same time, and even throughout his or her entire royal reign, or, delegating all those religious duties to another legacite, so that they become the new grand patriarch or grand matriarch; of the Marceliguenne Orthodox Church.
Legacites 8:6 In the absence of a current Grand Patriarch or Grand Matriarch for the church, the king or queen regnant of Marceligue is always automatically the grand patriarch or grand matriarch, until at such time as he or she considers wholly at his or her discretion, to appoint another grand patriarch (or grand matriarch) to the position.
Legacites 8:7 Grand Patriarchs rule and govern the whole entire global communities of all Marceliguenne Orthodox churches worldwide, and for life.
Legacites 8:8 The monarchs of Marceligue, are in a unique position of being the automatic default grand patriarchs, and may choose to either rule and govern jointly as a dual monarch and religious leader in the capacity of grand patriarch, either for their entire reign, or for a partial time until they decide to appoint another in their stead to become the new grand patriarch.
Legacites 8:9 Once a new grand patriarch has been appointed by the monarch, that grand patriarch rules for life, and can not be removed or replaced by another, for their term is for life once appointed by the monarch, nor, once the office of grand patriarch has been given to another by the monarch, the monarch ceases to be the current grand patriarch anymore, and can not take back upon him or herself, the exercise of that office anymore.
Legacites 8:10 A grand patriarch or grand matriarch, must be appointed by the king or queen regnant of Marceligue, or if he or she chooses, they may wholly delegate that power to the Apostrime Council of the basilica in the Holy City of Lozwik, with the understanding of, that once a person has been chosen by the religious authorities of the basilica, and that the monarch has given his or her approval and power to appoint another in his or her place, then, that newly chosen grand patriarch or grand matriarch, is automatically the new leader of the entire global church community of Marceliguenne orthodox legacites; and that such a person, need no further approval from the monarch; and shall rule and govern for life.
Legacites 8:11 The grand patriarch is guided by church laws which shall allow for a certain measure of absolute rule on certain matters, though, these must also be laid down by church laws, such as in cases of emergency, or as to be further determined by church law.
Legacites 8:12 These church laws can not conflict with or supersede the powers of the constitution of Marceligue, nor supersede that of the monarch's powers, and such church laws must conform to and follow all laws of the land, and can not break nor supersede any laws of Marceligue; and that the grand patriarch may only exercise such absolute powers after careful consideration of its consequences and implications, and shall be prepared to responsibly address all issues surrounding such decisions.Legacites 8:13 The Haitriarch or Haitriarchal castle, is the ecclesiastical castle where the grand patriarch or the grand matriarch resides within the Holy City of Lozwik.
Legacites 8:14 The Haitriarchace or the Haitriarchacy, is the office or jurisdiction of the grand patriarch or grand matriarch, and is the system of ecclesiastic government where the grand patriarch or grand matriarch is the supreme head.
Legacites 8:15 If the monarch is the grand patriarch or the grand matriarch, then he or she shall of course be required to have his or her main residence in the Capital City of Stetus, and the grand patriarch may choose to take up at least partial residence in the haitriarchal castle whenever he or she chooses; however, the monarch's main residence must always remain in the capital city of Stetus; first and foremost.
Legacites 8:16 The grand patriarch shall live in the haitriarch, which is the main ecclesiastic residence for the grand patriarch or the grand matriarch.
Legacites 8:17 All church laws must be passed down from the basilica in the Holy City of Lozwik, and must be approved by the grand patriarch him or herself, whether that current grand patriarch is the current ruling monarch, or, whether that grand patriarch is one appointed in the monarch's stead.
Legacites 8:18 The grand patriarch's main residence must be within the Holy City of Lozwik itself, if that grand patriarch is someone other than the monarch, and in the case of the grand patriarch being the monarch him or herself, then the monarch's place of main residence, must of course be in the Capital City of Stetus.
Legacites 8:19 Herein is listed the church's ranks, beginning from the most powerful rank at the very top, and descending in rank to the very least at the bottom, and so, at the very top of the Marceliguenne Orthodox Church's rank and authority, is the grand patriarch or the grand matriarch, and next in rank, are the apostrimes, then the patriarchs and the matriarchs, then the invoquimes, then the sentrimes, then the languimes, then the epliquimes, then the saguimes, then the guerissimes, then the inspirime, then the ensignimes; and then finally the evanguimes.
Legacites 8:20 All those in the church's that govern and rule, are priests or priestesses, and all are ranked in order of their rank, from the very top, where there is the grand patriarch or the grand matriarch, and at the very bottom, are the evanguimes.
Legacites 8:21 The Marceliguenne word of: "Ime, " appearing at the end of each priest or priestess rank, is interpreted in that language, to mean sphere, so therefore for example, the rank of an invoquime, is a priest or priestess whom is ranked at that level, and whom therefore operates within that sphere of influence, and within their given rank and duties.
Legacites 8:22 Apostrime ranked priest or priestesses are named for the Marceliguenne word, which means: envoy.
Legacites 8:23 Patriarch or matriarch ranked priest or priestesses are named from the words, which are meant to signify in the Marceliguenne religious community, as: a high male dignitary of an order, and a high female dignitary of an order; respectively.
Legacites 8:24 Invoquime ranked priest or priestesses are named from the Marceliguenne word, which means: to invoke.
Legacites 8:25 Sentrime ranked priest or priestesses are named from the Marceliguenne word, which means: sentry. Languime ranked priest or priestesses are named from the Marceliguenne word, which means: utterance.
Legacites 8:26 Epliquime ranked priest or priestesses are named from the Marceliguenne word, which means: to direct.
Legacites 8:27 Saguime ranked priest or priestesses are named from the Marceliguenne word, which means: philosopher.
Legacites 8:28 Guerissime ranked priest or priestesses are named from the Marceliguenne word, which means: warrior.
Legacites 8:29 Inspirime ranked priest or priestesses are named from the Marceliguenne word, which means: to infuse.
Legacites 8:30 Ensignime ranked priest or priestesses are named from the Marceliguenne word, which means: to teach.
Legacites 8:31 Evanguime ranked priest or priestesses are named from the Marceliguenne word, which means: guide.
Legacites 8:32 Members of the Marceliguenne Orthodox church's hierarchy, from patriarchs and matriarchs, all the way to evanguimes, are to be appointed by the Apostrime Council in the Holy City of Lozwik.
Legacites 8:34 Members of the church's hierarchy, from patriarch and matriarch, all the way down to evanguimes, have no set term in office, but serve in office as they are needed, and are promoted to other ranks, as the church needs dictates. Promotions are passed down from the apostrime council itself.
Legacites 8:35 Members of the Apostrime Council are appointed by the grand patriarch or the grand matriarch; him or herself.
Legacites 8:36 Members of the apostrime council, serve for life, and must be at least twenty-one years old.
Legacites 8:37 There is no system of deputizing allowed for the members of the apostrime council, and all members are expected to officiate for life, and, if any is prevented from doing so for whatever reason, that member is replaced by another.
Legacites 8:38 There are thirty members that make up the apostrime council, and among its members, one is to be chosen to be its head, and this choice is to be made by the drawing of a lottery held by its members.
Legacites 8:39 Any legacitic religious adherent may be appointed by the grand patriarch or the grand matriarch, to the apostrime council, as long as they are at least twenty-one years old; and this shall be the only requirement.
Legacites 8:40 Any legacitic religious adherent may be appointed by the monarch, to be the new grand patriarch or grand matriarch of the church, (as the monarch, whomever they may be, is automatically considered as such, and the monarch either continues in this religious office for as long as he or she desires, and even for the entirety of his or her royal reign, or either appoints another in his or her stead), as long as that appointed grand patriarch or appointed grand matriarch, is at least thirty years old; and this shall be the only requirement.
Legacites 8:41 A worldwide apostrime congress, must be held in the Holy City of Lozwik, every seven years, and this congress shall be made up of all the members of the apostrime council, and any member of the church hierarchy that wishes to attend, along with any members of the lay community that wishes to attend; and this congress shall meet to discuss the future direction of the global church and its goals and agendas.
Legacites 8:42 Should the congress be prevented from meeting in the holy city itself for whatever reason, another city or locality shall be chosen, until the holy city can facilitate the next meeting of the congress, however, presuming that nothing prevents the meeting from taking place in the holy city itself, then church mandate demands that this is where the congress shall meet every seven years.
Legacites 8:43 All members of the apostrime council, shall wear uniforms at all times, whether officiating in office, or not.
Legacites 8:44 All members of the apostrime council, shall wear uniforms at all times, whether officiating in office, or not. The grand patriarch or the grand matriarch, if they are in fact the monarch, may wear a uniform whenever they are officiating in religious office, and, if the grand patriarch or grand matriarch is another person other than the monarch, then that person must wear a uniform at all times, whether they are officiating in office or not.
Legacites 8:45 All other members of the church hierarchy may wear uniforms whenever they are officiating in office; or as further appropriate, or as directed from the apostrime council in the Holy City of Lozwik.
Legacites 8:46 All other members of the church leadership, other than the specific ones already explicitly named, may be elected by the members of the church congregation themselves.
Legacites 8:47 Apart from a formal education, a system of apprenticeship shall be set up for all of the ranked church hierarchy, and they shall serve anywhere from one to five years in their specific apprenticeship program; that shall include a compassionate and inclusive view of the communities, and the wider world into which they shall serve.
Legacites 8:48 Any apprenticeship program for ranked hierarchy members, shall include a nine month period, in which apprentices shall perform volunteer community services within communities, and within families, to help them with whatever daily needs and daily hardships the communities and families face, and without this volunteer nine month period included in their apprenticeship program; apprentices shall not graduate.
Legacites 8:49 The grand patriarch or grand matriarch, must exercise supremacy of rule and governance, as laid down in church laws. In exercising any absolute powers as allowed by church law, the grand patriarch must do so within reason and with compassion; coupled with humility and divine grace.
Legacites 8:50 The Haitriarchacy in the Holy City of Lozwik, is charged with ensuring the unbroken and perpetual line of the holy appointed succession of the suprelate individual (or of the suprelacy itself ) and in other words, the guarding and defense of the actual person of the grand patriarch or the grand matriarch; him or herself.
Legacites 8:51 The Suprelate, or to say in other words, the grand patriarch or the grand matriarch, him or herself, must have its own separate personal ecclesiastic guard force, which answers only to the prelate and to the monarch, and if the suprelate is also the monarch, then of course, this specific ecclesiastic guard force, shall only answer to the monarch.Legacites 8:52 This ecclesiastic guard force, shall number seventy-five in total number, and shall be highly advanced and highly skilled in military training and combat tactics; and must be duly equipped with the most modern of arms and weaponry. This ecclesiastic guard force, must also be trained in both the Marceliguenne national martial arts of wrestling, as well as in a second form of combat.
Legacites 8:53 Any other matters of church organization, that can not be easily remedied from the books of the Holy Legacy itself, then the haitriarchacy may solve those problems, and come up with solutions, and further planned organization that fits in with legacitic religious laws, religious culture; and it religious traditions.
Global Campaign To Bring Legacism To the Masses:By the second half of 2010, with Legacism being then in existence for only approximately three years, it was facing the challenges of how to grow and garner interest, and with no income, no operating budget, nor marketing budget whatsoever; the Grand Patriarch Marcel Duvoix went ahead anyways, with a global campaign to reach people worldwide, through whatever means he could. A part of the church's effort, was by building solid compassionate friendship, that showed that Legacism as a faith cared, and would be a firm source of comfort for many. Therefore, in the global aim in bringing Legacism to the masses, His Holiness Grand Patriarch Marcel Duvoix (the same person is His Royal Majesty King Marcel Duvoix) begun to include global calls to action, for interested individuals to become a part of Legacism. He directly appealed to readers, and he showed them various ways, through step by step action plans, where they can either: directly get involved, join the Legacitic faith, share the information with others, network; and help him spread the word globally and immediately. It's a part of the global Legacitic Orthodox Church's effort, and therefore the faith of Legacism, to reach out into various far flung parts of the world, through many means, including powerful (person to person) word of mouth advertising, through strategic use of social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter, and by inviting interested individuals to actively participate in helping the faith to advertise and share the word with family and friends. What follows next, is Legacism's global advertising and marketing campaign push, to reach others, and to break free from obscurity into people's hearts and minds. Legacism's Global Campaign Begins, In 2010 [Visit Legacitical Places] The importance of getting to know these places, will enrich those seeking to know Legacism more, as well as give religious Legacites a new respect for their own faith. Being in these places as either a first hand witness or religious tourist, to actual history as it unfolded to its founding father or others of the Legacitic church itself, will be a priceless learning experience. These experiences will not only bring alive Legacitical scriptures for the individual seeking a new life and purpose in Legacism for themselves, but that these places being visited, will become personal cherished memories; that can never be replaced. [Study Legacism]
Additional publications will be made in the future, to aid and assist: students, researchers, teachers, and the faithful Legacites alike, in their continued study of Legacitical scriptures. One very important project that is forthcoming, will be companion study guides and various lesson plans, so that the knowledge of Legacitical scriptures may be brought to life. This means, that once your church, being also a Legacitic Orthodox Church itself, is associated with the global church both in name and religious brotherhood, that your own congregation will have to follow all the same doctrine and teachings of the global church, as well as all its recognized official ecclesiastical holy days, its religious culture and philosophy, its authority and structured leadership, its religious leaders and institutions, its rules and obligations; and its official rulings on ecclesiastical matters. Your church must also bear the name, "Legacitic Orthodox Church, " as a part of the church's name. An example of your church name, may be for example: "Mandalay Legacitic Orthodox Church." 20. Cuba: Angel Alberto GIRAUDY, Herminio PORTELL Vila, Alfredo NOGUEIRA.
~Who, after having exhibited their Full Powers, which were found to be in good and due order, have agreed upon the following:
Article 1-The state as a person of international law should possess the following qualifications: (a) a permanent population; (b) a defined territory; (c) government; and (d) capacity to enter into relations with the other states. Article 2- The federal state shall constitute a sole person in the eyes of international law. Article 3--The political existence of the state is independent of recognition by the other states. Even before recognition the state has the right to defend its integrity and independence, to provide for its conservation and prosperity, and consequently to organize itself as it sees fit, to legislate upon its interests, administer its services, and to define the jurisdiction and competence of its courts. The exercise of these rights has no other limitation than the exercise of the rights of other states according to international law. Article 4--States are juridically equal, enjoy the same rights, and have equal capacity in their exercise. The rights of each one do not depend upon the power which it possesses to assure its exercise, but upon the simple fact of its existence as a person under international law. Article 5- The fundamental rights of states are not susceptible of being affected in any manner whatsoever. Article 6- The recognition of a state merely signifies that the state which recognizes it accepts the personality of the other with all the rights and duties determined by international law. Recognition is unconditional and irrevocable. Article 7- The recognition of a state may be express or tacit. The latter results from any act which implies the intention of recognizing the new state. Article 8- No state has the right to intervene in the internal or external affairs of another. Article 9- The jurisdiction of states within the limits of national territory applies to all the inhabitants. Nationals and foreigners are under the same protection of the law and the national authorities and the foreigners may not claim rights other or more extensive than those of the nationals. Article 10- The primary interest of states is the conservation of peace. Differences of any nature which arise between them should be settled by recognized pacific methods. Article 11- The contracting states definitely establish as the rule of their conduct the precise obligation not to recognize territorial acquisitions or special advantages which have been obtained by force whether this consists in the employment of arms, in threatening diplomatic representations, or in any other effective coercive measure. The territory of a state is inviolable and may not be the object of military occupation nor of other measures of force imposed by another state directly or indirectly or for any motive whatever even temporarily. Article 12-The present Convention shall not affect obligations previously entered into by the High Contracting Parties by virtue of international agreements. Article 13- The present Convention shall be ratified by the High Contracting Parties in conformity with their respective constitutional procedures. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uruguay shall transmit authentic certified copies to the governments for the aforementioned purpose of ratification. The instrument of ratification shall be deposited in the archives of the Pan American Union in Washington, which shall notify the signatory governments of said deposit. Such notification shall be considered as an exchange of ratifications. Article 14- The present Convention will enter into force between the High Contracting Parties in the order in which they deposit their respective ratifications. Article 15- The present Convention shall remain in force indefinitely but may be denounced by means of one year's notice given to the Pan American Union, which shall transmit it to the other signatory governments. After the expiration of this period the Convention shall cease in its effects as regards the party which denounces but shall remain in effect for the remaining High Contracting Parties. Article 16- The present Convention shall be open for the adherence and accession of the States which are not signatories. The corresponding instruments shall be deposited in the archives of the Pan American Union which shall communicate them to the other High Contracting Parties. ~IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the following Plenipotentiaries have signed this Convention in Spanish, English, Portuguese and French and hereunto affix their respective seals in the city of Montevideo, Republic of Uruguay, this 26th day of December, 1933. Reservations- The Delegation of the United States of America, in signing the Convention on the Rights and Duties of States, does so with the express reservation presented to the Plenary Session of the Conference on December 22, 1933, which reservation reads as follows: The Delegation of the United States, in voting "yes" on the final vote on this committee recommendation and proposal, makes the same reservation to the eleven articles of the project or proposal that the United States Delegation made to the first ten articles during the final vote in the full Commission, which reservation is in words as follows: "The policy and attitude of the United States Government toward every important phase of international relationships in this hemisphere could scarcely be made more clear and definite than they have been made by both word and action especially since March 4. I [Secretary of State Cordell Hull, chairman of U.S. delegation] have no disposition therefore to indulge in any repetition or rehearsal of these acts and utterances and shall not do so. Every observing person must by this time thoroughly understand that under the Roosevelt Administration the United States Government is as much opposed as any other government to interference with the freedom, the sovereignty, or other internal affairs or processes of the governments of other nations. "In addition to numerous acts and utterances in connection with the carrying out of these doctrines and policies, President Roosevelt, during recent weeks, gave out a public statement expressing his disposition to open negotiations with the Cuban Government for the purpose of dealing with the treaty which has existed since 1903. I feel safe in undertaking to say that under our support of the general principle of non-intervention as has been suggested, no government need fear any intervention on the part of the United States under the Roosevelt Administration. I think it unfortunate that during the brief period of this Conference there is apparently not time within which to prepare interpretations and definitions of these fundamental terms that are embraced in the report. Such definitions and interpretations would enable every government to proceed in a uniform way without any difference of opinion or of interpretations. I hope that at the earliest possible date such very important work will be done. In the meantime in case of differences of interpretations and also until they (the proposed doctrines and principles) can be worked out and codified for the common use of every government, I desire to say that the United States Government in all of its international associations and relationships and conduct will follow scrupulously the doctrines and policies which it has pursued since March 4 which are embodied in the different addresses of President Roosevelt since that time and in the recent peace address of myself on the 15th day of December before this Conference and in the law of nations as generally recognized and accepted". The delegates of Brazil and Peru recorded the following private vote with regard to article 11: "That they accept the doctrine in principle but that they do not consider it codifiable because there are some countries which have not yet signed the Anti-War Pact of Rio de Janeiro 4 of which this doctrine is a part and therefore it does not yet constitute positive international law suitable for codification". 1. Failure to so responsibly and proactively update your own information, can not be cause to hold Legacism and its authority at fault, for faulty or misrepresented; or compromised information.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining control over access to your Legacitic books and Legacitic beliefs, including the confidentiality of your official position in the church if and when applicable, and for any mystic knowledge thereof also pertaining to you the adherent or participant. You are responsible for your own conversion and sharing of mystical knowledge efforts, and for the sharing of your Legacitic faith with others of your own volition and discretion, and for responsibly sharing and converting others, whom you know you can trust; without unnecessarily bringing harm or danger upon yourself. Legacism and its possessor authority, will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain proper religious perspective control over your Legacitic faith, in converting others etc, or for knowingly misrepresenting what you do and say to others in regards to the practicing of your new religious faith of Legacism. 3. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT AND CONTENT LICENSES
3.1 Legacism does not claim ownership over the individual content or personal opinions that you the religious adherent of Legacism speak or independently exert outside the bounds of the religion itself, nor within Legacism's churches, it forums or Services or by way of its Doctrine. Moreover, that a personal opinion of a church member, may not be construed to be an official position of the church; nor is a personal opinion to be treated as an explicit endorsement by the church itself. After making your comments or expressing your own personal views totally independent of Legacism, you continue to retain your own ownership and responsibility for what you do and say in your own individual context as a sovereign person. Therefore, your content and you yourself, continue to have the right to use and license your content, words and actions, in any way you choose independently of the church; as these are two separate things. However, by using Legacism's Books, Services or Doctrine in an official way, you are therefore granting Legacism and its Ecclesiastical Authority a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licenseable and transferable right and license to use, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform and publicly display your content, subject to any restrictions on such distribution which you may implement through any content distribution controls provided to you by Legacism and the Legacitic Orthodox Church and its Ecclesiastical Authority as part of Legacism's Books, Services, or Doctrine. This license ends when you remove yourself and your active adherence (except to the extent that your content has been shared with others or syndicated to third parties and they have not withdrawn it). You may always decline to submit to Legacism's authority and its ecclesiastical rule, but please be aware that your decision may prevent you from being able to use all or portions of Legacism's Books, Services, Benefits, Forums, or Doctrine.
3.2 You acknowledge that Legacism does not pre-screen user-submitted content as applicable to a website format or its equivalent etc, words or actions, but that Legacism and its designees will have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any user-submitted content that is available via Legacism's Meeting Places, internet and intranet and its derivative forms, Official and Non-Official Structures, Entertainment or Artistic Outlet mediums, Performances, Venues, Websites, Churches and Religious Forums, Services, Teaching Tools, or Software.

This means that you, and not Legacism and its Ecclesiastical Authority, are the one that's entirely responsible for all content that you (in specificity of a Legacitic Website) upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available via Legacism's Sites, Services or Software. Legacism does not control the user-submitted content posted via Legacism's Sites, Services or Software and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content.

3.5 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 3.1, Legacism may preserve user-submitted content and may also disclose such content, with or without notice to you, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce these Terms of Use and the Legacitic Ecclesiastical Authority and the Legacitic Orthodox Church's Privacy Policy; (c) respond to claims that any user-submitted content violates the rights of any third party; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Legacism, its users and the public.
